He first came onto the public scene in England when he scored against Arsenal in the champions league at the Emirates Stadium for the first night game but his team at the time (Dinamo Zagreb) still lost 2-1 on the night & 5-1 overall
He also scored against England for his country Croatia for of the goals in the win away & even set one up nicely for the 2nd for Croatia at Wembley in there 3-2 shock victory
He's scored over 10 goals in his first season with the Gunners and looks more than promiseing but due to his leg break at Birmingham he's out for the rest of the season
