Uesugi: Shogun: Total War - 447 sec
What I do when I'm bored of WoW. The game is Shogun: Total War and all music is from the game. This video isn't meant to be exciting or good. I was just bored so I threw this together. The game starts out at 1530, and historically lasted until 1600. However the Sengoku Jidai period lasted over 100 years, starting in the mid-1400s. Generally the game is a bit faster paced than what really happened, and if you started in 1530, you either wouldn't last until 1600, or you would've already united the whole country under you.

Kenshin Uesugi: SW2 Chaos Mode: Conquest for Kyushu - 468 sec
PART2 Requested Video The request was simply to complete Kenshin's Dream stage (or Gaiden stage) on Chaos difficulty. I had planned to upload SW2 Chaos videos only after obtaining more ideal weapons, but because two people requested eagerly for this, and because Kenshin's 4th weapon is quite good, I've decided to accept the request. This stage, being the last stage in Story Mode, is set at the highest difficulty rating, and on Chaos, it should be one of the hardest stages in the game. Sorry for not showing his stats. you can see that he's maxed out. I have his 4th weapon equipped. All important skills are learned and equipped. Omniscience is equipped. Master4 and Awakening3 are equipped. No Bodyguard (I hate bodyguards) The requesters commented that this stage is the hardest in the game. I cant agree or disagree, because I havent played most of the characters yet. I had to learn Kenshin's moveset, unlock his Dream Stage with Shingen too. But comparing it to my only other Dream stage video on Chaos, with Keiji, I dont see how this stage is any harder. The only way it can be harder is Yoshihiro who doesnt flinch. If Tadakatsu in Keiji's Dream Stage didnt flinch, then his would be harder, because of no peons around to contribute to musou filling. Anyhow, if this stage is considered widely, the hardest Story Mode stage, it is nothing compared to the peak of Survival Mode, and Dynasty Warriors 5 5-star stage Chaos. The Battle of Mt Qi is clearly out of the scope of this discussion (ground combat only of course) Nothing much on video comments. Ice with Kenshin is quite good. Maximize normal attacks during his musou as shown, but always fit in his C8 at the end for the most damage possible. I consider Kenshin to be a mid-high tier character, in Story Mode, because of his easy musou filling ability, and because he is one of the only characters in this game whose level3 musou isn't a disadvantage. Tips for fighting Yoshihiro: well the way these KOEI games work...as long as there are peons around...there's nothing really hard about facing officers. Musou fill and there you go. But later on, there were no crowds to fill his musou. Since Yoshihiro doesn't flinch from normal attacks, attacking head on is suicide. But there are solutions to this. Know first of all that if he's approaching from a distance, he's going to do his running attack. Simply roll forward, and then use Kenshin's R1 doll, to attempt hitting Yoshihiro. This is a very slow offense indeed, but this method allows for short chances of musou filling with circle. Facing one hyper officer, who is locked onto you, shouldn't be too hard. When having to face multiple hyper officers in Survival Mode, with no peons, I dont see how Kenshin even has a chance. Others such as Musashi, Keiji, Ina, Nene, Tadakatsu, and Kotaro, are more able in these situations. Anyway, since Yoshihiro stays in Tsuruga Castle, you can fight dishonorably by running out of the castle to musou fill, and then abusing his musou against him.

Kenshin Uesugi: Warriors Orochi Chaos Mode Solo Run - 547 sec
Warriors Orochi Chaos Mode Kenshin Uesugi SW 8-X, Wei 5-X ----- ABILITIES: Power Boost Potence Impulse Fortitude Vitality Adrenalin WEAPON: Flash Slay Might Brave Bolt Air Agility Drain ----- Kenshin's best method of offense is his C8. His C8 is by far his strongest charge attack. Even though it takes some time getting to it, it's recovery is also very fast, compared to his other charge attacks. It is Bolt that makes his C8 strong, and maximizing it depends on how dense a crowd is. You can get his C8 to lag a little bit and cause the combo counter to skyrocket. This is similar to the other glitchy charge attacks that need dense crowds, like Nobunaga's C1 triggered by C2, Cao Pi's C6-ex, Sun Shang Xiang's R1 triggered by C1, and Yue Ying's R1 triggered by C2. All of Kenshin's other charge attacks are inferior to his C8. It will take as many as four C4's to take down officers, but of course, this number may vary depending on the crowd size, because of Bolt. C5 is a bit better, but two will often not be enough to take care of officers. C6 is quite a weak charge attack. Multi will work with it, but even so, Multi would be a waste of a slot since it isn't needed to maximize C8 damage and his C8 damage is superior. C7 then...it probably the most damage after his C8, but not enough to KO a generic officer. This makes it pretty much useless since you can spend another normal attack to get to his C8. The only thing to watch out for is crowd density. His C8 will work its magic even against an officer in a crowd of his five bodyguards. It all depends on how clustered together the crowd and the officer is. This is why I take the time to make one circle to gather the peons near Lu Bu. This is necessary to kill him in one C8. It's really all about mastering the right crowd density. His C8 damage can range from, not being able to kill a generic (as shown in the beginning of the video) to being able to kill double defense Lu Bu. Kenshin's R1 gives him increased Range, and increased attack strength to his normal attacks. I believe it is attack x2. Well...the increase in normal attacks isn't so useful. What's more useful is the increased Range. This will make his seven normal attacks much safer to execute, especially against Lu Bu. There is somewhat of an alternative setup for Kenshin. If you take out Agility, you should notice an increase in damage with all his charge attacks except for C8 (not exactly sure because C8 damage is really hard to measure). Kenshin may very well be the only character in the game who suffers a universal damage nerf when Agility is applied to his moveset. If you take Agility off, it is possible kill an officer in just one C5 or C4, after using his R1. However, this idea was considered inferior in the end, because killing officers in one hit still relied on Bolt collateral damage, and the offensive speed of executing an R1 and C4 is roughly the same as executing one C8. One might think of including Multi to make use of C6 then which is a move that activates Multi, however if you use his R1, Multi gets canceled from his charge attacks. There is proof of this, but I won't bore you with it in this video description. Feel free to ask if you'd like to know though. So in the end, this was a failed experiment, but a really useful one.
