| Scientology PI follows in Tustin, prev complaint to Quinn - 437 sec
This video is from Sept 6, where we informed Officer Quinn of the Tustin police that we were previously followed (on Aug 16) by a PI in a Lexus IS300 (Cal lic #5CUT500). This PI ended up speeding away from us at approximately 85 mph in a 40 zone.
I originally held off posting this video, because I wanted to give officer the maximum benefit of the doubt. I did not want that anybody would imply anything about this officer. Now the situation has changed and I feel this needs to be investigated.
I showed officer Quinn nine pictures of the PI committing infractions such as reckless driving, unsafe lane switching. I asked that he investigate at the scientology org across the street, but refused to do so. I offered officer Quinn my pictures of the PI, but he REFUSED to take a simple piece of paper with 9 incriminating pictures on it.
Officer Quinn stated that he would advise the scientologists not to follow us again.
On Nov. 8, we have a similar situation with a PI following us in a black Toyota Tacoma pickup. We end up at the police station and AGAIN officer Quinn REFUSES to do anything about the situation. REFUSES to even ask for this man's vehicle registration, in an UNPLATED car.
Please help us fight the scientology cancer that is spreading through society.

| Welcome to the Tustin Org Protest - 80 sec
The Org location is right at Irvine Blvd cross Red Hill, Tustin, Orange County, CA. The protest is held at the same spot.
The floor space of the org is quite large. From OCMB, it was approaching St Hill size in the 80's. Now the number of protesters can easily out number the staff and public inside, and vice versa.
Even for a small number of anonymous, the annoying factor is large. The scilons will always try something stupid, like walking out of the org with cams, only to be pushed back in. Driving around us in circles, with a cigar in mouth. Whenever scilons want to drive off the parking lot, they have to wait at the org exits or under the traffic lights for a while, and have to watch whatever we give it to them. Sometimes they bring in huge, light sealed, tour coach to bring people in for services. Given half the chance, some nut jobs are bound to take pictures of your costumes.
The Org property is on sale for a long time and the sign is still on. CoS was reported to have brought a historical building in Santa Ana in 06 but absolutely nothing was done to it, at least on the outside. Recently the org repaired the CoS sign outside so they are not moving any time soon.
The junction has traffic lights and the traffic is busy. If your signs are large enough, your messages can reach hundreds of drivers in a few minutes. A small number of leaflets and fliers are useful for drivers who stop at the traffic lights, and the occasional pedestrians.
The presence of Tustin PD is good for us. They will act quickly if scilon nuts do something stupid, such as park illegal by the sidewalk to take pictures.
From past experience, I doubt if it's necessary to call Tustin PD in advance. If you have head count, call them. Otherwise, when you arrive, the scilons will call them for us and they will turn up in no time. If you don't see them on arrival, it's good to call them yourself.
Rules so far: PD don't like spray on fliers using stencils. Cross the road only during pedestrian green light. Only give out fliers to drivers if they stop still right next to the side walk. No littering. Bring water and don't give them emergency. Don't walk and put anything on grass - church property.
In the past, protesters mutually approve each others' signs and fliers on the spot. So giving out CD's and DVD's is not a good idea. It is PTS :-)
Perhaps the most anonymous transport is by bus. They keep excellent time and clean. All the drivers know about the protests by now. Masks are usually allowed on-board. Single $1.25. Recommend day pass for $3 available on bus. Info at octa.net. Or PM me at enturb for fast facts or more details.
If you don't bring your car and still want to carry large signs, search youtube for "$cientology large portable protest sign".
I guess there may be only about 2 PI's or lookalikes who are responsible for tracking your car. They can't cover any significant areas to be effective, but still they try. There are parking spaces right across the org, behind the office plaza and the church. These are not good as they are too close. Any scilons may be tempted to play PI.
The nearest big strip mall is down the Irvine Blvd to the east. It's not easy to follow you and take your pictures secretly. There is only one spot right next to the mall, at some doctor's parking lot, where PI's can hide partially.
Other than one or two PI's, there are always the occasional scilon nuts who will do something stupid. They are harmless and pointless if you are prepared. Just don't pack your cam before you drive away or board the bus.
If you drive, there are a lot of dead end roads nearby so you may use them to make sure that you are not followed. Now they are all on Google Maps or Google Earth. Also try the toll road, or some scenic routes nearby. Normally there will be nobody behind you.
If you use public transport, there are taxi cabs and car rentals nearby for backup.
Don't forget water and prepare for the brutal sun.
