Positioned as the top model in the TT lineup, the 2009 Audi TTS will go on sale in November in either coupe or convertible form.
Its 272 hp comes courtesy of a high-boost version of the company's familiar turbocharged direct-injection 2.0-liter inline-4 engine. The little mill also pumps out 258 pound-feet of torque between 2,500 rpm and 5,000 rpm. According to Audi, this 2.0-liter features a revised engine block, cylinder heads, pistons and connecting rods.

The Pharos Trips & Pics is a self-contained geotagging package complete with GPS receiver, battery and interface software. About the size of two stacked matchboxes, the Trips and Pics is small enough to fit in a shirt pocket and light enough (only .15 lbs) to be hung around your neck.
Pharos is known for high-quality GPS devices and the Trips and Pics is no exception. The GPS receiver has an integrated patch antenna, 20 channel tracking and a 24 hour battery. It also has enough memory to log up to 45 days worth of GPS fixes.
Trips and Pics is compatible with any digital camera and the software will automatically tag each picture, placing them on your map of choice. -- We used it with Google earth and were rewarded with a visual representation not only of our travels, but of the location of each and every single on of our photos.
Since it uses the time stamp of the photos and compares them against the time stamp of the GPS receiver log entries, each picture is placed on the map exactly where it was taken. The end result was that we had a fantastically detailed map of our path around the island, and a neatly organized trip photo album. If we wanted to, we could share this album with the world, or just with our friends --- This changes the paradigm of the family photo album.

If you've ever tried to manage multiple computers, you know how quickly even a well-designed workspace can be overrun by keyboards, monitors and mice. This problem is normally solved using a KVM to manage all computers through one keyboard/video/mouse set, but once the Data Desk turns into a Data Closet and then into a Data Center, traditional KVM solutions are no longer an option because of the bulk of the cables, the limitations of cable lengths and the complexity of routing dozens of cords without impeding airflow and access. For these environments, the IP-KVM has given administrators the ability to aggregate control of multiple systems through an easy-to-use IP addressable interface, with a minimum of cable clutter and the added benefit of making the servers securely accessible from remote locations with nothing more than a web browser.

Quite simply, most of us don't have $5-20k to drop on an enterprise-class IP-KVM solution, and the products that we can afford are nothing more than KVM "toys" with limited functionality and next to no scalability.
