-Tremor is generally caused by problems in parts of the brain or spinal cord that control muscles throughout the body or in particular areas, such as the hands. Neurological disorders or conditions that can produce tremor include multiple sclerosis, stroke, traumatic brain injury and neurodegenerative diseases that damage or destroy parts of the brainstem or the cerebellum. Other causes include the use of some drugs (such as amphetamines, caffeine, corticosteroids, and drugs used for certain psychiatric disorders), alcohol abuse or withdrawal, mercury poisoning, overactive thyroid or liver failure. Tremors can be an indication of hypoglycemia, along with palpitations, sweating and anxiety. Tremor can also be caused from lack of sleep, vitamins, or having too much stress. Deficiencies of magnesium and vitamin B1 have also been known to cause tremor or shaking which resolves when the deficiency is corrected. See magnesium in biology. Some forms of tremor are inherited and run in families, while others have no known cause. Tremors can also be caused by some spider bites i.e. the redback spider of Australia.
Characteristics may include a rhythmic shaking in the hands, arms, head, legs, or trunk; shaky voice; difficulty writing or drawing; or problems holding and controlling utensils, such as a fork. Some tremors may be triggered by or become exaggerated during times of stress or strong emotion, when the individual is physically exhausted, or during certain postures or movements.
Tremor may occur at any age but is most common in middle-aged and older persons. It may be occasional, temporary, or occur intermittently. Tremor affects men and women equally.

Yet more oddities from the MK-verse. This is a fast-paced assault of the many fatalities from MK1 through MKT that aren't entirely well known for one reason or another.
Overview:
MK1 (SNES) - The infamous censored fatalities.
MK1 (GEN) - I'm sure everyone is familiar with the blood code for this version. However, this is what you would be seeing if you didn't input said code.
MK1 (GB) - The censorship carried over to the handheld ports.
MK1 (GG) - Ditto. However, this Game Gear port has a blood code like the Genesis version, thus restoring the violent fatalities if you enter it.
MK2 (SNES) - A small example of how the fatalities were censored in the Japanese version of MK2.
MK2 (GB) - One small altered fatality. Notice how the skeleton sprite from MK1 is used.
MK2 (GG) - Some minorly altered fatalities.
MK3 (GB) - Exclusive fatalities. Note that Shao Kahn's hammer move can only be used during the "Finish Him!" sequence, so it's sort of a fatality. Playing as Kahn causes many graphical glitches, as you can see.
MKT (PC, PSX, and SAT) - Fatalities from the "classic" characters which are not included in the Supreme Demonstration. Kung Lao's fatality refused to decapitate, so I'm led to believe it's broken. (Edit: Oops, seems I'm wrong about that.) Also, I included Johnny Cage's backbreaker fatality since it, too, is not in the Supreme Demonstration, but also because this fatality was replaced in the N64 version.
MKT (N64) - The exclusive N64 fatalities. Cage's triple head decapitation is N64-only.
MK Advance (GBA) - The exclusive/crap fatalities from this trainwreck of a port.
There were many, many other fatalities I wanted to include simply for completion purposes, but I was running into the ten minute limit fast. I narrowed everything down to what I believe is the most interesting and unknown of the bunch. People from across large parts of England have reported an earth tremor.
The BBC received calls from people in Yorkshire, the Midlands, Manchester, the Thames Valley, Norfolk, Preston, Newcastle and London about a "quake".
The tremor was felt at about 0100 GMT and lasted for nearly 10 seconds but it is unclear if it has caused any damage.
The British Geological Survey said it believed the quake was of the magnitude of 5.1 and said the epicentre was close to Grimsby in north-east Lincolnshire
