1st Step. Download the compiler program from the playstation website linked below

Extract and update the file. The file is a WinRAR ZIP archive type titled "HowToMakePS3Themes".
Continue following the directions on the website download page, or continue following my instructions below.
2nd Step. Collect as many pictures from 60 to no more than 72. Have software or a method of changing picture types to PNG or JPEG depending on the requirements of an icon. Windows Paint Studio is a good program for this. Also be sure to have software or a method to change a pictures size. If you have no method, use the website below.

3rd Step. Open the "HowtoMakePS3Themes" file folder Step1_Create and edit one PSN icon at a time by right clicking it. Be sure to change the PSN icon or wallpaper image with a picture of your choosing with the exact size and type as the original.
Example: If the Friends_AddAFriend PSN icon is sized 128 x 128 and is a PNG type, then the picture you paste onto it must be sized 128 x 128 and a PNG type. Make sure there are no mistakes or you will have problems.
4th Step. When you're done with your icon and wallpaper editing, keep the Step1_Create folder open and also open the Step2_Assemble folders. Drag the PS3Theme_template data icon from the Step1_Create folder and place it in the pt3.compiler program located in the Step2_Assemble folder. A window should pop up as the compiler creates your theme. If there are errors, the program will inform you and you'll have to restart or find your mistake. When the program is finished, press enter.
5th Step. Look for the PS3Themes.
Look in the Step1_Create folder for the PS3Theme_templete.pt3 data icon. This is the actual completed theme. Use a usb stick or psp to transfer it to your PS3. All extra created icons that end with .gim are not needed and can be deleted.

A lot of people talk about the value of sled dragging, including ourselves here at TPS. From fat loss to improved conditioning, it helps just about every aspect of your training including your adductor/abductor and other groin muscles. How? Ankle dragging!
Angle dragging is great for many things. It is very restorative for the hip and groin area and builds strength in the hard to target groin areas as well. Additionally, lateral ankle dragging is one of the best ways to restore function to injured adductor/abductor and other groin muscles. These areas are notoriously hard to rehab but this type of work helps speed up the healing process.
Forward or straight ankle dragging is very difficult even with the very lightest of weights. It also doesn't need to be done too often to see results. Lateral ankle dragging is simply moving sideways with the sled. This can be done many ways, for example a shuffle step or a cross behind. Either way, both methods are effective for preventing injury or simply rehabbing an already injured area.
Start out with 4-6 trips of 50' in each direction and start out light!

Got a success on tape. On the one before this, I got a 1;16, but I forgot to hit the record button. Either way, the one weakness of my solves is my corners. In this solve, including a couple of mistakes, I made 173 moves! Solving corners took 31s so that's 5.58 tps. Corners actually took the same as memorization :( Either way, I need to find a new method for corners.

But something mysteriously occurs as we enter our workplaces: we become suppliers and our point of reference changes. We are governed by supply side rules which place our needs ahead of the customers. Policies like AQL (acceptable quality level) and EOQ (economic order quantity) rationalize quality standards and provide incentives to provide products or services that the customer does not need. We do these things to optimize and to be efficient, erroneously thinking that such practices will reduce costs and increase profits. In the name of profit improvement we also standardize product and service offerings, thereby limiting customer selection.
Customer-first thinking, a keystone of the Toyota Production System, notes simply that we should provide the customers exact order immediately with perfect quality. Yet in our workplace we are faced with policies and measures which obscure that view.
Dozen Eggs illuminates customer-first thinking by taking viewers on an journey to buy ingredients for a cake including one dozen eggs. The scenario raises questions regarding quantity and quality from a customer standpoint. How many eggs are really needed to bake a cake? How much supply side thinking is contained, for example, in units of measure like one dozen eggs? For whom is this quantity economical? And what is the customers acceptable level of quality? Is one cracked egg acceptable? What role does inventory play in providing excellent service to the customer, and what role does it play in the price the customer pays?
Using direct observation of familiar tasks and class participation techniques, Dozen Eggs detaches viewers from the conventional supplier-first viewpoint that thwarts many Lean initiatives. This 36-minute DVD is both for policy makers and those who must execute those policies.
