O swoistej "wirtuozerii zbrodni" pisze dr Aleksander Korman w swoim referacie "Ukraińska Powstańcza Armia na terenach II Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i jej stosunek do ludności polskiej" , opublikowanym w czasopiśmie "Na Rubieży" Nr 35/1999.
"Depolonizacja ziem wschodnich, rozpoczęta jeszcze za czasów I Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, od pierwszego rozbioru Polski -1772 roku przez zaborców: rosyjskiego i austriackiego, była później konsekwentnie stosowana i zakończona już na terytorium II Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej przez terrorystów OUN-UPA, w zasadzie w roku 1945.
W rezultacie zabójstw indywidualnych, a potem mordów zbiorowych i rzezi kresowej ludności polskiej, terroryści OUN, a później OUN-UPA w okresie II wojny światowej - w latach 1939-1945 i jeszcze kilka lat po jej zakończeniu, zabili - przyjmując szacunkowo - około 500.000 Polaków, przy czym większość zginęła w tak straszliwych okolicznościach i z zastosowaniem tak wymyślnych tortur, przede wszystkim fizycznych, a niekiedy i psychicznych, że cywilizowany człowiek XX w. nie może tego pojąć i w to uwierzyć. Oprawcy OUN-UPA zabijali z chęci i potrzeby zabijania, aby drwić i rozkoszować się bestialskim okrucieństwem swoim, aby upajać się widokiem tortur, męczarnią zarówno dorosłych jak i dzieci oraz rozpaczą bezbronnych ofiar.
Znany rosyjski literat Aleksander Sołżenicyn wymienił ponad 50 metod tortur stosowanych w śledztwie przez NKWD np. zdejmowanie paznokci czy przypalanie ciała rozpalonym papierosem. Członkowie OUN-UPA - banderowcy prześcignęli znacznie NKWD stosując o wiele liczebniejsze i okrutniejsze rodzaje tortur wobec Polaków a niekiedy i wobec swoich rodaków nie akceptujących ich zbrodnicze praktyki. W UPA występowała w zasadzie solidarność zbrodnicza wśród jej członków. Każdy kandydat na członka UPA musiał najpierw dokonać zbrodni zabójstwa "Lacha" np. w mieszanym małżeństwie polsko-ukraińskim zabić matkę Polkę lub ojca Polaka, względnie kogoś wskazanego np. dziecko, aby móc być dopuszczonym do złożenia przysięgi i zostać członkiem UPA. Różnorodność stosowanych wobec Polaków tortur i okrucieństw, a także pozbawienie życia przez zastrzelenie, nie było dowolne według uznania sprawcy. Z reguły rodzaj tortur czy okrucieństwa był ustalany przez banderowski tzw. komitet rewolucyjny.
Dla przykładu, wymienię - na życzenie - niektóre przypadki stosowanych - przez terrorystów OUN-UPA -w praktyce tortur fizycznych i okrucieństw, wobec mężczyzn, kobiet i dzieci narodowości polskiej, jakie stwierdziłem w wyniku wieloletnich niezależnych prac badawczych:

Foie gras Stopfleber - eine sogenannte Delikatesse, erfreut sich in Deutschland vor allem in der Weihnachtszeit wachsender Beliebtheit. Mehr als 135 Tonnen werden jedes Jahr in der Bundesrepublik verzehrt, Tendenz steigend.
Und das, obwohl hierzulande das Stopfen von Gänsen und Enten zur Produktion der Stopfleber seit längerem verboten ist. Andere sollen quälen wir wollen konsumieren. Eine krankhaft vergrößerte, verfettete Vogelleber. Denn nichts anderes ist diese fragwürdige Gourmet-Speise, die vorrangig aus Frankreich, aber auch aus Ungarn, Bulgarien und Polen importiert wird.
Über 90 % der Stopflebern stammen von Enten, da deren Haltung effektiver und billiger ist als die von Gänsen. Während eine gesunde Entenleber etwa 70 Gramm wiegt, sind Entenstopflebern von 1.000 Gramm keine Seltenheit. Diese schwergewichtigen Fettlebern entwickeln sich während einer etwa vierwöchigen Tortour. In dieser Zeit werden die Vögel mehrmals täglich zwangsgefüttert. Infolge des unnatürlichen Stopfens speichert der Vogelkörper den Überschuss an Nährstoffen in der Leber, die sich durch die Verfettung krankhaft aufbläht.
Das Leben in den Mastfabriken
In riesigen Hallen werden die Tiere in nur körpergroßen Einzelkäfigen wochenlang ohne Auslauf gehalten und regelmäßig gestopft. Sie können sich noch nicht einmal um sich selbst drehen, sind zur Bewegungsunfähigkeit verurteilt. Mit ihren empfindlichen Schwimmhäuten müssen die Wasservögel auf einfachem Drahtgeflecht stehen. Ein Gefängnis des Schreckens, in dem der Tod eine Erleichterung darstellt. Von den mehrere tausend Enten oder Gänse in einer einzigen Halle ist kein Schnattern zu hören. Dafür sind die Tiere zu schwach, sie hecheln nur nach Luft.
Die meisten Mastanlagen verfügen über ein Druckluft-Pumpsystem, mittels dessen die Gewaltfütterung schnell von Statten geht, sodass ein Arbeiter leicht hunderte Tiere in einer Stunde „versorgen kann. Über ein grob in den Schlund der Tiere eingeführtes langes Metallrohr wird ihnen pro Stopfvorgang bis zu 1,5 kg gesalzener Mais oder Hafer direkt in den Magen gepresst. Die Verfettung der Leber und die rasante Gewichtszunahme sind nicht das einzige, worunter die Tiere leiden müssen. Bei der brutalen Gewaltfütterung werden ihnen außerdem häufig Halszerrungen und Prellungen zugefügt, durch das Metallrohr werden Speiseröhre und Mageneingang stark strapaziert und oft verletzt. Kraftlos ergeben sich einige der Tiere ihrem Schicksal und versuchen, das Martyrium über sich ergehen zu lassen. Damit sie die Tortur überhaupt durchstehen, werden ihnen Unmengen an Medikamenten verabreicht neben Beruhigungsmitteln vor allem Antibiotika. Dass sich die Medikamentenrückstände überwiegend in der Leber absetzen, wissen viele Verbraucher nicht und greifen gerne zu dem Luxusartikel „Foie gras na dann guten Appetit!

But this sober conclusion, objective as it is, is surely preferable to the delusion that we have been created diseased, by a capricious despot, and then abruptly commanded to be whole and well, on pain of terror and torture. That sick joke is one that we can cease to find impressive, that belongs in the infancy of our species, and gives a false picture of reality that we would do well to outgrow.

Sheriff Timothy A. Swanson denies all charges and asked fellow government employee, Attorney General Marc Dann, to investigate, however, later Dann was forced to resign after an unrelated sex scandal and numerous sexual harassment claims against him. Special prosecutors then failed to even interview the victim before presenting the case to a grand jury. How many cases are investigated without interviewing the victim?
So far five women have come forward with similar cases of abuse at this Stark County jail, including one that was a victim of a sexual assault while employed at an Ohio medium security prison.
The woman in the video, Hope Steffey, tried to hold Sheriff Swenson, who happened to get elected President of the Sheriff's Association in Ohio for 2008, and his fellow police officers responsible for their actions, but the sheriff denies all allegations and the government was able to convince a grand jury to drop all criminal charges against them without even interviewing the victim. Marc Dann, the Attorney General of Ohio, who was supposed to handle the investigation, recently resigned after being caught in a sex scandal.
"The special prosecutors in the Hope Steffey case said Thursday that there was no strip search and no criminal wrongdoing by the Stark County sheriff's deputies."
Hope Steffey originally had the police called for help after being assaulted. When police saw the ID of Steffey's dead sister, which Steffey keeps with her in remembrance, they confiscated it and refused to return it. When Steffey became upset, the police threw her to the ground, chipped her tooth, and arrested her for "disorderly conduct," and resisting arrest. Suspiciously, the arresting officer had turned off his dash camera, which is supposed to be on. The police have also 'lost' the video or claimed that the hand-held video camera that you can see filming in the other Youtube video was not working - yet you can clearly see the camera working in the security camera footage.
After the police got Hope to jail, one of the questions they asked her is if she had ever been suicidal. When Hope replied with, "now or ever," the police immediately decided she was a suicide threat and that she needed to have all her clothes stripped off, including her underwear, panties and bra, exposing her bare naked ass, breasts, and vagina in front of the male officers while they forcefully grabbed her naked body and pinned her down. After they were done with her, they left her naked for six hours.
This is a clear sign of excessive government -- when the government is so large and powerful that it's agents can abuse the civilian population without any sense of guilt, remorse, or fear, when government officials deny charges of improper conduct as a matter of semantics, and when agents of the government expect and get immunity from any of their actions; actions that would be criminally prosecuted upon any other citizen.
Those that stand up for liberty and the U.S. Constitution, such as Congressman Ron Paul, who has been called the Thomas Jefferson of our day, are the only hope for America. The only hope for returning our empire of a government to it's proper Constitutional levels of national defense, upholding the law, and protecting individual liberties.

وذكرت أن الجزء الأول من الفيلم ومدته 45 دقيقة سيعرض في منتصف الليل الأربعاء ويعاد فى ليل الخميس بينما يعرض الجزء الثاني ومدته 50 دقيقة في وقت لاحق.
وكشفت هويدا طه عن أنها كانت تعلم رد فعل وزارة الداخلية المصرية بشأن الفيلم رغم أنها حصلت علي موافقة الوزارة كتابيا ولذلك قامت بإخراج نسخة ثانية من الأشرطة بطريقتها خارج مصر لافتة إلي أنها علي يقين بأن المسألة حساسة منذ البداية، وقامت بتهريب النسخة الثانية.
وأكدت أن الشرطة قامت بمصادرة 16 ساعة تصوير ودعت هويدا طه المجتمع المصري إلي التصدي لجرائم التعذيب في أقسام الشرطة ورفضها بعيدًا عن الإيحاءات التي تقوم بها الحكومة المصرية ونفيها أي تعذيب يحدث بها في وسائل الإعلام الرسمية، حسبما ذكرت جريدة المصري اليوم.
وقالت: إن قضايا التعذيب لابد أن تثار لافتة إلي أنها شاهدت بعينها حالات تتألم وتبكي لما أصابها من جراء التعذيب في أقسام الشرطة المصرية وأن الأمر وصل إلي حد العجز الكلي والجزئي لأشخاص تحطمت حياتهم.
وأوضحت هويدا أنه كان هناك تخوف لدي إدارة قناة الجزيرة من افتعال أزمة سياسية بين الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية وقناة الجزيرة أو محاولة إغلاق مكتب الجزيرة في القاهرة عقب عرض هذا العمل الوثائقي وبعد تعرضها شخصيا للاحتجاز من قبل الجهات الأمنية المصرية والتحفظ علي الشرائط المسجل عليها المواد الخام عند خروجها بها من مصر في يناير الماضي.
وقالت إنه بعد مداولات وجدت الجزيرة أن الوقت مناسب لعرض الفيلم وليس هناك ما يستدعي تأجيل أو منع عرضه مادام الفيلم يعرض الرأي والرأي الآخر، مشيرة إلي أنها حرصت علي تقديم وجهة النظر المدافعة عن الحكومة والتي عبر عنها كل من اللواءات محمود قطري وحازم حمادي وفؤاد علام ونبيل لوقا بباوي.
