I'll add a little more here. My weight loss/getting in shape style, is pretty much a "no nonsense" one. Eat healthy and exercise. That's what it boils down too. It's hard to get started, but the easiest way to get started is by being easy on yourself in the beginning.
A lot of people seem to get super excited about getting in shape and blow their wad in the first week or two, then quit. Start slow and focus on EVERY DAY! Even if you only run around the block once, get out there and do something EVERY DAY! And slowly build on it. It might take 1 month or 6 months, but once you're there you're there.

I was messing around with Blip.TV yesterday and I got to a point where it asked me what the name of my "show" was. I was like "Show? I just making fusking videos!" Anyhow, I must have been effected by coming up with a title and idea for a show...
So I came up with "Pwning Life." It's going to be a show about... well, pwning life. :) I'll do my book reviews, work out stuff, martial arts stuff, eating good, relationship thoughts and that sort of thing over there. I'm also going to get Robo to help with the editing and jazz so it looks all professional like. :)
I'm going to start it with dumping the full videos of a bunch of the stuff you saw in this video over there to give it something worth subscribing for. Then in 2 or 3 weeks the show will start and it'll be released once a week.
