UPDATE: Tried to email Al-Jazeera for clarification of this claim. As yet NO response. After the BBC censored this clip and then reinstated it, then some of them now claiming they NEVER censored it, the mystery DEEPENS. With Benazir Bhutto assassinated the motive arises in that she quite clearly leads not only her death to the door of the Pakistanis but also responsibility for the 9/11 attacks are implicated as well. Aired on 2nd November 2007,David Frost the presenter did not challenge her on her assertion (2:14) that Bin Laden was murdered, so maybe he was and the West has not announced it.
It would make sense that the West would cover up such a truth, as Bin Laden is needed as a "bogeyman" to continue the farcical "War on Terror"

Osama (Dari: أسامة) is a 2003 film made in Afghanistan. It tells a story about a young girl who disguises as a boy, Osama, that exposes the cruelty of the Taliban, and was the first film to be shot entirely in that country since 1996, when the Taliban régime banned the creation of all films. The film was an international co-production between companies in Afghanistan, the Netherlands, Japan, Ireland and Iran.

In Kabul filmt ein ausländischer Reporter den einheimischen Jungen Espandi, der sich etwas Geld als Glückwunschbote verdient, und wird Zeuge einer Massendemonstration afghanischer Frauen gegen das neue Regime. Der Junge rettet sich zusammen mit einer Frau und ihrer Tochter vor den Wasserwerfern in einen nahe gelegenen Hauseingang. Von dort aus beobachten sie, wie die Taliban den Protestmarsch mit brutaler Gewalt beenden.
Die Mutter des 12-jährigen Mädchens weiß, dass sie in ständiger Gefahr schweben, denn ihr Mann und ihr Bruder sind in den russisch-afghanischen Kriegen getötet worden. Wer soll sie aber in der Öffentlichkeit durch die Straßen begleiten, wenn sie unerlaubt ihrer Arbeit im Krankenhaus nachgeht.
Auf Anraten der Großmutter wird die Tochter als Sohn verkleidet, um als männlicher Begleitschutz auf der Straße zu dienen. Als das Krankenhaus, in dem die Mutter illegal arbeitet, geschlossen wird und sie auch eine private Pflegestelle verliert, muss das Mädchen die Familie ernähren. Bei einem Milchverkäufer, der mit dem im Krieg gefallenen Vater befreundet war, kommt sie als "Junge" unter.
Die Sitten der Männerwelt bleiben ihr fremd, ihre Stimme ist zu hoch, ihre Bewegungen zu mädchenhaft. Sie lebt in ständiger Furcht vor Entdeckung. Der Milchverkäufer zeigt ihr, wie Männer ihre religiösen Waschungen vornehmen und er achtet in der Moschee darauf, dass sie sich den Ritualen entsprechend verhält. Trotzdem unterlaufen ihr Fehler.
Als die Taliban sie gemeinsam mit allen anderen Jungen in die Koranschule holen, scheint die Enttarnung nur noch eine Frage der Zeit zu sein. Espandi, der gemeinsam mit ihr und ihrer Mutter während der Frauendemonstration geflüchtet war, erkennt sie trotz ihrer Verkleidung wieder und hilft, ihr Geheimnis zu wahren. Um sie vor weiteren Übergriffen zu schützen, gibt er ihr den Namen Osama und zeigt ihr, wie sie sich als Junge verhalten muss. Doch die Hoffnung, es könne ihr gelingen als Junge zu bestehen, ist kurz. Osama fällt auf, wird öffentlich bloß gestellt und bestraft. Dabei entdeckt ein alter Mullah, dass sie ein Mädchen ist. Sie wird als Verräterin ins Gefängnis geworfen, wo bereits unzählige Frauen auf ihre Verurteilung warten.
Beim öffentlichen Prozess wird sie Zeugin, wie die Todesurteile an dem ausländischen Reporter sowie einer westlichen Ärztin vollstreckt werden. Sie selbst wird dazu verurteilt, den alten Mullah, der sie in der Koranschule enttarnt hat, zu heiraten.
Sein Hochzeitsgeschenk ist ein Vorhängeschloss.
