A quality polymer framed Sig-like pistol for around $450? Impossible? Not really. Check out the well-made and fully ambidextrous FNP handgun in this two part series by Nutnfancy. This pistol comes from the hard working and innovative FN Group which has long standing and strong ties to American arms manufacture, dating back to the days of John Moses Browning. They know how to make good, strong guns and the FNP DA/SA series showcases that expertise well. This reviewed FNP9 is representative of the series (available in .40, .45, and .357 Sig cals too) and has many impressive features. These include outstanding ergonomics, incredible lightweight (24.6 oz!), kindergarten-simple field strip, high accuracy and reliability, adequate firepower (16 rds), Sig-like dedicated decocker (ambi mounted), hammer-forged barrel, good sights, good trigger, bobbed hammer, 1911 grip angle, three included magazines (great job FN!) and a very reasonable price. Possible criticisms would include higher bore axis than the Glock and other designs, a perplexingly thin-walled barrel (no doubt saves weight), shorter sighting radius. a goofy magazine baseplate that can interfere in some mag carriers (may need Dremeling), and polished SS mags (very non-tactical). But to hold a FNP9 is to appreciate its amazing lightness, the outstanding ergos of the grip and its smooth decocking lever, and its superb pointability. Despite a few drawbacks, it remains an outstanding pistol design that appears to be world class. It is indeed very Sig-like but at a much lower cost and substantially lighter weight. Nutnfancy predicts it will prove to be equally reliable and steadfast over the years.

本田技研工業(株)は、新設計の水冷・2サイクル・90度V型3気筒エンジン(総排気量・387cm3)を搭載し、フルフェアリングを標準装備した精悍なスタイルのロードスポーツバイク「ホンダ・NS400R」を5月10日より発売する。
このNS400Rは、83、84年度と、2年連続ロードレース世界GP500のメーカーチャンピオンを獲得した競争用二輪車「ホンダNS500」の最新技術の数々を投入して開発したものである。
エンジンは、クランクケース前方水平に2気筒、その後方に90度の角度をもって1気筒を配置した、軽量、スリムでコンパクト設計ホンダ・NS400V型 3気筒である。さらに耐焼付性、摩耗性にすぐれたアルミ一体成型シリンダーに、シリンダー内壁をニッケルとシリコン・カーバイドで特殊コーティング加工処理をしているNSシリンダーを採用したことにより、フリクションロス低減や耐久性向上を実現。また、前方2気筒に電気的にエンジン回転数を検知し、自動的に排気容積を変化させ、効果的な脈動効果が得られる自動調整トルク増幅排気機構(ATAC)や、さらにコンロッドに高速耐久性にすぐれたハイスピードステンレス製のニードルベアリングを採用。これらにより、低中速域で高いトルクを発生、しかも高回転域(最高出力59PS/8500rpm、最大トルク 5.1kg-m/8000rpm)までスムーズに回る扱い易いエンジン性能を実現させている。

Cyrus is ticked off because he didn't know what had happened to Grady after their talk. Cyrus says that it's good that nobody has figured out that Grady was part of the kidnapping. Cyrus can work with that. He has a couple of ideas. Grady tells Cyrus that he is already twenty steps ahead of him. Cyrus looks at his brother worried. Grady says that Cyrus told him to have a plan. That's what Grady has. It's pretty solid too. Grady tells Cyrus about Bill Lewis. Bill's story during Lizzie's kidnapping has so many holes. Grady is just going to fill them and incriminate Bill. Cyrus questions the same Bill Lewis who was Lizzie's personal hero who saved her. There is no way that Bill will look guilty. Grady tells Cyrus that since Bill is in a coma he can't defend himself. Therefore Grady is going to make him look guilty as possible while he has the chance. Cyrus shakes his head.
Lizzie and Alan are chatting with Frank at the SPD. There is no evidence right now. Frank says that crooks usually make mistakes and then they are caught. Alan acts all ticked off. When Marina was kidnapped all of the SPd was looking for her but since Lizzie is a Spaulding. Frank takes offense to the word. Frank is doing everything possible but the only witness is in a coma in bed. Lizzie tries to cool things down saying that Alan is just worried. Maybe if she can see the tips she would get a hint. Maybe it might jog her memory. Frank says a lot of bogus tips but hands the stack over to Lizzie. Lizzie can't believe that one of them says that Bill kidnapped her. She tells Frank and Alan that's a load of hogwash.

I went on a trip to Yosemite Park in 2002. Yosemite Park is very close to the border between California and Nevada, and close to Area 51. In the evening, on my way out of the park, I was driving down a winding road, when I saw a small ball of light high up in the sky, with a large halo of light surrounding it, and a long twirled trail behind it. I video taped it for a few seconds, and then I grapped my camera to take some photos as well, in case the video camera didn't capture it well enough. Unfortunately it was too dark for the photo camera, so the pictures didn't come out. All I have is the video I took before and after I took the photos.
The ball of light with the huge halo moved across the sky, leaving a trail. After about 2 minutes the ball of light disappeared, and only the trail remained. The trail was illuminated and still brightly visible even when the surrounding sky was already pitch black.
A few minutes later several Air Force jets appeared and circled in the sky where the light had disappeared.
