This is a rather rare little gem from the PS1 era, and is one of my favorite games ever. It's nearly impossible to track down a legitimate copy of this game anymore.
I rank this up there in quality and charm with NiGHTS, although Klonoa actually got several sequels. While I haven't played much of Klonoa 2 for the PS2, I can say that, unfortunately, the Gameboy Advance Klonoa games retain little of the charm and imagination shown in the first Klonoa game.
I should've made this video longer; even the demo let you reach the first boss.

I've never played Klonoa but have always wanted to check this guy's games out. As a Sonic geek, a random tidbit is that the person who designed the design for Klonoa is the same person who made Tails design but he moved away from SEGA and made this guy (which explains why he looks so much like a Sonic character).
Anyways, they're remaking his first game for the Wii. This is gameplay on it. Expect to see dubs of this game coming. Enjoy.

| Klonoa Heroes - Janga's Poison - 136 sec
This scene takes place after defeating Janga in the final Vision of the Moon World.
After being defeated by our heroes, Janga can hardly believe that he lost. But just as Guntz tells him it is the end, he apologizes and begs to Guntz for forgiveness. He tells them that he was only following Garlen's orders and that he should be forgiven, as Butz (Guntz's father) would not be happy if Guntz decided to kill him right then. Irritated, Guntz is having a difficult time hearing Janga out, as he continues to explain that he was going to betray Garlen right from the start and that his crimes should be overlooked. Guntz considers this, and finally says, "...Shameful. It is shameful that I had run after such a darned fellow, and tears fall." Janga is speechless.
Shooting his gun, Guntz tells Janga to disappear and never appear before him again. Ultimately, he wonders what the heck he is doing, but admits that it isn't such a bad feeling. This display of heart causes Guntz's Hero Medal to change from bronze to silver, and he wonders out loud if he has come one step closer to what his father accomplished.
Suddenly, Janga tries to strike down Guntz in a sneak attack, but Klonoa pushes him out of the way in time to take the blow. Infuriated, Guntz shoots at Janga and injures him, while Janga laughs and tells him that his friend is going to the other world by his poison. He falls into a crevasse, while Klonoa is happy (albiet seriously injured) that Guntz is safe. Guntz tells his friend to hold on, but Klonoa can't stay conscious and falls asleep, all while his friends worry about his fate.

I love this game a lot, and Klonoa is easily one of the most awesome videogaming characters ever, I mean a cat* who has a Pacman hat and saves the world?! Awesome.

Just me playing Klonoa Beach Volleyball on my computer as Klonoa and Guntz. It's not the whole five stages(it ends halfway through the second). I only recorded this(with a digital camera, so mind the quality) for someone who wanted to hear Guntz' voice in english. I don't think I'll record any more unless I figure out how to convert mov. files to avi. or wmv. for free.

This is the second boss fight against Guntz, the bounty hunter, at the Magna Corral in Breezegale.
Guntz took the Hikari Sakura from Klonoa, who wanted to give it to Lolo as a gift, and so he's determined to fight him to get it back. If Klonoa wins, then Guntz will return the flower. But if Guntz wins... Klonoa will have to play 100,000 dreas! Who will win?
This fight is a lot tougher than the last one. In the first round, he would only chase Klonoa down on his motorcycle and shoot three bullets.
