WOW, this song is very hard (on taiko mode) and completely not playable on normal mode... Messed up at the end, keyboard failure or something maybe, because keypresses werent being registered D;

I'd like to thank MechaGai for his advice. It kept me practising this song for over 1 year (Yes, I could not even pass this song for over a year!) Now, I can pass it consistently! He told to play this song 10 times in a row every time I play Taiko. Well, this means I played this song for over... 1000 times before passing. Doesn't matter anyway now, though!

Me playing EkiBEN 2000 (Oni) from Taiko no Tatsujin "DS 2".
After much anticipation, I finally bought this game five days ago, and I finally unlocked Oni mode and EkiBEN 2000 three days ago after playing through Hard mode and Adventure mode. I have been pretty much practising it every day since then, but until tonight, I was not been able to pass the song. Once I passed it the first time though, I was able to pass it consistently (which probably meant that once you get the pattern it should be relatively straightforward).
I recorded one of my play throughs on my video camera and so it happened, I was able to get a personal high score in that particular play through (unfortunately it got a bit blurry at certain stages though):
Score: 703,520 (with full meter!)
Great: 619, Good: 236, Bad: 21
Biggest Combo: 170
This song is definitely one of the hardest in this game, although for some reason I still cannot pass "Yami no Damashi". Maybe I just need more practice? EkiBEN 2000 is definitely not harder than Kita Saitama 2000 though...that song is still nuts.
Am aiming to Full Combo this song next.
