Kennedy School Class Day Graduation Speech (2008) - 404 sec
This is a clip of a speech given at Class Day by Taufiq Rahim for the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (2008) during graduation. The first half contains some comedic elements relating to the specifics of the school, and are explained below: * Shaloha: A conspicuous African-American Jewish mid-career student from Hawaii would greet each dignitary at the School, with the greeting Shaloha (an amalgamation of Shalom and Aloha) * Q & A: In Kennedy School classrooms, many students often provide long reflections on past experiences in response to questions, even if they are not relevant at all. * Harvard Shuttle: This is a shuttle available on-call to all Harvard students in the evenings. * PDUFA: In second semester of our first year, we analyzed how to improve the regulatory framework for the FDA, principally in relation to PDUFA, or the Prescription Drug User Fee Act.Today, it is tough to remember what exactly we learned from that Spring Exercise, except this word.
