Kayvon interviews Minista Zin Uru from The Temple of Hip-Hop - 270 sec
http://www.kayvontv.com/watch/ The Temple of Hiphop is an organization founded by KRS-One. Its goal is to maintain and promote the hip hop culture. The Temple of Hiphop maintains that hip hop is a genuine political movement and culture, as it has been accepted by the United Nations as a culture. The Temple of Hiphop calls on all hip hop fans to celebrate Hip Hop Appreciation Week, occurring in mid-May. It encourages DJs and MCs to teach people about the culture of Hip Hop, to write more socially conscious songs, and radio stations to play more socially conscious hip hop. In 1987, Afrika Bambaataa called an historic meeting at the Latin Quarter night club where he urged the Hip Hop community to become more politically and socially active. Heavy D, MC Lyte, Daddy-O, Just-Ice, Harry Allen, and KRS-ONE were among the attendees. Years later in 1991, KRS-ONE and friend Professor Z organized a global Hip Hop awareness campaign called H.E.A.L.-Human Education Against Lies. It was a consortium of artists committed to spreading a singular message: Hip Hop is more than "just entertainment" and its reach extends far beyond race, religion and class. H.E.A.L. released an album entitled: "Civilization vs. Technology". It featured Michael Stipe of R.E.M., Billy Bragg, DMC, Ziggy Marley and more. The 12" single, "Heal Yourself," featured a star-studded lineup including MC Lyte, Big Daddy Kane, Queen Latifah, Freddy Foxxx, Kid Capri, LL Cool J, DMC and the late Jam Master Jay. In 1994, KRS-ONE and Hip Hop activist/writer Harry Allen organized a Hip Hop "Meeting of the Minds" conference at the Alfonse Schomberg Center for Black Studies in Harlem to discuss the proper archiving and documenting of Hip Hop as a culture. Afrika Bambaataa and Zulu Nation, Crazy Legs, Mr. Wiggles, Kool DJ Herc, and Grand Wizard Theodore were among the attendees. It was here that Hip Hop's pioneers proposed the global direction of Hip Hop as an international culture and set the framework for the creation of Hip Hop's history. In 1996, KRS-ONE, with the support of Professor Z, Chuck D, Big Daddy Kane, Kool DJ Herc, Afrika Bambaataa, Fat Joe, and others announced the establishment of a Hip Hop preservation society called the Temple of Hiphop. Through the Temple of Hiphop, KRS-ONE coined profound affirmations including, "Rap is something we do. Hip Hop is something we live!" as well as, "We are not just doing Hip Hop, we are Hip Hop." and "I am Hip Hop!" Declarations like these helped solidify the message that Hip Hop is not just a collection of music and dance products, but is the collective consciousness of a real community. Since 2001 the KRS ONE through the Temple of Hiphop has been promoting the Hiphop Declaration of Peace and teaching its principles to all interested Hiphoppas. http://www.templeofhiphop.org/

Kayvon meets Rap Legend KRS-ONE @ CMW - 273 sec
http://kayvontv.com/watch/ What a fantastic time we had during Canadian Music Week. It really is an amazing annual event that's dedicated to the expression and growth of the country's music business. Saturday was the urban hip-hop day featuring keynote interviews with KRS-one and RZA. And what a surprise we had when the rap legend himself, KRS-one walked right by me as he made his way to his keynote speech. Of course, it wouldn't be KayvonTV if we didn't try to catch up with KRS-one for an interview. And what a surprise I had when the man himself grabbed me mike and shared some wisdom's. Lawrence Krisna Parker (born August 20, 1965), better known by his stage name KRS-One, is an American Grammy-nominated rapper. Over his career, he has been known by several pseudonyms including "Kris Parker", "The Blastmaster", and "The Teacha". KRS-One is a significant figure in the hip hop community and is often credited by critics and other hip hop artists as epitomizing the "essence" of an MC and for being one of the greatest rappers to hold the mic. Parker grew up in the Brooklyn section of New York City to parents of Jamaican descent. "KRS-One" was originally Parker's graffiti tag, short for "Kris Number One". He began using it as his stage name and later devised a backronym for the name: "Knowledge Reigns Supreme Over Nearly Everyone." KRS-One began his recording career as one half of the hip hop group Boogie Down Productions alongside DJ Scott La Rock. The duo would begin to create music. After being rejected by radio DJs Mr. Magic and Marley Marl, KRS-One would go on to diss the two and those associated with them, sparking what would later be known as The Bridge Wars. Additionally, KRS had taken offense to "The Bridge", a song by Marley Marl's protege MC Shan (later on, KRS One produced an album with Marley Marl in 2007); the song could be interpreted as a claim that Queensbridge was the birthplace of hip hop, which KRS vehemently asserted to the contrary with the BDP record "South Bronx"; a second round of volleys would ensue with Shan's "Kill That Noise" and BDP's "The Bridge Is Over". Parker and Sterling decided to form a rap group together, initially calling themselves "Scott La Rock and the Celebrity Three". That was short-lived, however, as the two peripheral members quit, leaving Parker (now calling himself KRS-One) and Sterling. They then decided to call themselves "Boogie Down Productions". Success is the Word, a 12-inch single produced by David Kenneth Eng and Kenny Beck was released on indie Fresh/Sleeping Bag Records (under the group name "12:41") did not enjoy commercial success. Boogie Down Productions would release their debut album Criminal Minded in 1987. While KRS-One "The Teacha" was equally known for his furiously political and socially conscious raps, the album, whose cover pictured BDP draped in ammunition and brandishing guns, is often credited with setting the template for the burgeoning genres of hardcore and gangsta rap. Scott La Rock was killed in a shooting later that year, after attempting to mediate a dispute between teenager and BDP member Derrick "D-Nice" Jones and local hoodlums. KRS-One also gained acclaim, as one of the first MC's to incorporate Jamaican style into hip-hop. Using the Zungazung melody, originally made famous by Yellowman in Jamaican dance halls earlier in the decade. [2] While KRS-One used Zunguzung styles in a more powerful and controversial manner, especially in his song titled, "Remix for P is Free", he can still be credited as one of the most influential figures in pledging the continental divide and making hip hop more global. KRS would be determined to continue Boogie Down Productions through the tragedy, and was joined by beatboxer D-Nice, rapper Ramona "Ms. Melodie" Parker (whose marriage to Kris would last from 1988 to 1992), and Kris's younger brother DJ Kenny Parker, among others. However Boogie Down Productions would remain Kris's show, and their content would become increasingly political. KRS-One was the primary initiator behind the H.E.A.L. compilation and the Stop the Violence Movement; for the latter he would attract many prominent MCs to appear on the 12-inch single "Self Destruction". As Parker adopted this "humanist", less violent approach, he turned away from his "Blastmaster" persona and towards that of "The Teacha." After four largely solo albums under the name "Boogie Down Productions," KRS-One decided to strike out on his own. On his first solo album, 1993's Return of the Boom Bap, Parker worked together with producers DJ Premier, Kid Capri and Showbiz, the latter providing the catchy-yet-hardcore track "Sound of da Police". His second album, 1995's KRS-One, featured Channel Live on "Free Mumia", a protest song about the persecution of hip hop by C. Delores Tucker among others. Other prominent guest stars on KRS One included Mad Lion, Busta Rhymes, Das EFX and Fat Joe. http://kayvontv.com/watch/

Michael Caine and John Neville meet Kayvon @ TIFF - 254 sec
http://www.kayvontv.com/watch/ What a great treat it was to meet Michael Caine and John Neville at the Toronto International Film Festival for the premiere of Sleuth. Sleuth is a 2007 film directed by Kenneth Branagh based on 2005 Nobel Prize winner Harold Pinter's screenplay adaptation of the Tony Award-winning play Sleuth, by Anthony Shaffer. It was produced by Jude Law, who also stars in it as Milo Tindle opposite Michael Caine as Andrew Wyke. Caine had starred as Tindle opposite Laurence Olivier's Wyke in the original 1972 film Sleuth. It was mainly marketed as a collaboration between Pinter, Branagh, Law, and Caine, four major names of the British stage and film industry. Though the new film adaptation is termed a "remake", the stars and the reviewers have emphasized that Pinter's "take" on the play differs almost entirely from the original play and film, which he had not seen prior to writing his screenplay. After premiering at the 64th Venice Film Festival on August 30, 2007,[6] Sleuth was screened at the Toronto Film Festival on September 10, 2007.[10] It was also screened at the Atlantic Film Festival, in Halifax, on September 22, 2007,[11][12] the Aspen FilmFest on September 26, 2007,[13][14] the Copenhagen International Film Festival, on September 27, 2007,[15] the Calgary International Film Festival, in Alberta, on September 28, 2007,[16] the Haifa International Film Festival on October 1, 2007.[17], and the Pantalla Pinamar Festival in Pinamar, Argentina on December 15, 2007. On October 3 and October 4, 2007, respectively, Sleuth was screened at Variety's 2007 Screening Series in New York, at the Chelsea West Cinemas,[18] and in Los Angeles, at the ArcLight Theatre.[19] Kenneth Branagh, Michael Caine and Jude Law made a number of interviews promoting the film on television programs The Today Show, RAI TV, The Late Show with David Letterman, The Charlie Rose Show, and Reel Talk. michael caine john neville sleuth austin kayvon toronto international film festival funny stalker borat perez zanta tift austin powers canada borat perez comedy funny bruno cmw canadian music lol borat rock laugh comedy mock movie bruno new preview movie trailer borat usa kansas gay city airport spotted caught rare exclusive first bruno Sacha Baron Cohen paramount comedy video skit bruno Fashionpolizei fashion police Interviewer Austrian Gay TV the bruno movie borat new kansas city grand thief auto new game review reaction church michael caine john neville sleuth austin kayvon toronto international film festival funny stalker borat perez zanta tift austin powers michael caine john neville sleuth austin kayvon toronto international film festival funny stalker borat perez zanta tift austin powers canada borat perez comedy funny bruno cmw canadian music lol borat rock laugh comedy mock movie bruno new preview movie trailer borat usa kansas gay city airport spotted caught rare exclusive first bruno Sacha Baron Cohen paramount comedy video skit bruno Fashionpolizei fashion police Interviewer Austrian Gay TV the bruno movie borat new kansas city grand thief auto new game review reaction church michael caine john neville sleuth austin kayvon toronto international film festival funny stalker borat perez zanta tift austin powers http://www.kayvontv.com/watch/

Kayvon questions the Church of Scientology about the Sea Org - 190 sec
http://www.kayvontv.com/watch/ Well folks, you never know who you might run into on the beautiful streets of Toronto. And what a fine multi-cultured city it is. So I was walking down the streets of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and we come up on the Church of Scientology. The Church has a fine gentlemen conveniently located on Yonge St. who can answer all your questions you may have about the Church. And boy! did I have a few questions for him. Scientology is a body of beliefs and related practices initially created by American speculative fiction author L. Ron Hubbard. The major organization promoting Scientology is the Church of Scientology, a hierarchical organization founded by Hubbard, while independent groups using Hubbard's materials are collectively referred to as the Free Zone. Hubbard developed Scientology teachings in 1952 as a successor to his earlier self-help system, Dianetics.[1] Hubbard later characterized Scientology as an "applied religious philosophy" and the basis for a new religion.[1] Scientology encompasses "auditing", a spiritual rehabilitation philosophy and techniques,[1] and covers topics such as morals, ethics, Purification (a type of detoxification), education and management. Scientology and the organizations that promote it have remained highly controversial since their inception. Journalists, courts and the governing bodies of several countries have described the Church of Scientology as a cult and an unscrupulous commercial enterprise, accusing it of harassing its critics and abusing the trust of its members. Scientology officials argue that most of the negative press is motivated by interest groups and that most of the controversy is in the past. Scientology has attracted several artists and entertainers, particularly Hollywood celebrities. Hubbard saw to the formation of a special church which would cater to artists, politicians, leaders of industry, sports figures and anyone with the power and vision "to create a better world."[120] There are eight so-called Celebrity Centers, although Hollywood is the largest. Entertainers — including John Travolta, Kirstie Alley, Lisa Marie Presley, Jason Lee, Isaac Hayes, Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and James Packer[121] — have generated considerable publicity for Scientology. Former Scientologists say that celebrity practitioners get more attention than non-celebrity practitioners. For example, former Scientologist Maureen Bolstad noted that a couple of dozen Scientologists including herself were put to work on a rainy night through dawn planting grass in order "to help Tom impress Nicole."[122] The Sea Organization or Sea Org is an association of Scientologists established in 1968 by L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology. Its members are found in the central management organizations of the Church of Scientology as well as in individual churches. While it was initially created around maritime customs and traditions while at sea, those customs and traditions persist today even in the land-based branches of the organization. scientology kayvon church l.ron ron hubbard sea org dianetics investigate travolta cruise toronto beliefs news funny hilarious kayvontv kvon kavon kayvon toronto ontario canada movie bruno new preview movie trailer borat usa kansas gay city airport spotted caught rare exclusive first bruno Sacha Baron Cohen paramount comedy video skit bruno Fashionpolizei fashion police Interviewer Austrian Gay TV the bruno movie borat new kansas city church easter scientology kayvon church l.ron ron hubbard sea org dianetics investigate travolta cruise toronto beliefs news funny hilarious kayvontv kvon kavon kayvon toronto ontario http://www.kayvontv.com/watch/

Kayvon goes to McDonalds to investigate the McRib Sandwich - 288 sec
http://kayvontv.com/watch/ The McRib consists of a boneless pork patty, barbecue sauce, onions and pickles served on a 6 inch (15.2 cm) roll. When first introduced packets of special McRib barbecue sauce were available with the sandwich. This sauce was much hotter than the barbecue sauce on the prepared sandwich and was only available for a short time. When the McRib was brought back as a "specialty" sandwich the sesame seed roll was often replaced with a standard hamburger bun; this was sometimes called the McRib Jr. The sandwich test-marketed very well in Nebraska and other Midwestern markets and was added to the restaurant's permanent menu throughout the United States in 1981.[1] Maligned by employees as the "Mock Rib", sales were mediocre, and it was removed after several years, only to be brought back as a limited time offering. Officials at McDonald's, in a 1985 stockholder meeting, mentioned that the reason the McRib was pulled was because the McRib could not sustain international sales because many countries do not eat pork regularly. Germany was mentioned as an example which could sustain sales, but not the U.S. or certain Asia Pacific countries, such as Pakistan. The strategy announced at that time would be that the McRib would be brought back periodically as a "specialty" sandwich since it definitely increased sales during a promotional period before receding. On November 1, 2005, McDonald's put out a press release stating that the McRib would be permanently removed from the menu following a "McRib Farewell Tour." This appears to have been a deceptive kickoff to a viral marketing campaign; mcrib.com, a site registered to McDonald's, features a petition to "Save the McRib," which is facetiously sponsored by the "Boneless Pig Farmers Association of America."[2] So in a two-angled campaign, McDonald's is simultaneously conducting a McRib farewell tour and sponsoring a petition to "Save the McRib" to create buzz. On October 16, 2006, the "McRib Farewell Tour II" site appeared, confirming the campaign was a marketing ploy. The petition to "Save the McRib" still exists as well as the "BPFAA" site. The McRib is still on sale in Germany.[3] The McRib is currently on sale in selected areas of New York, Ohio, Missouri and Florida as well as the Greater Chicago area. In Canada, it is available for a limited time starting March 17, 2008 confirmed in Vancouver, BC, Edmonton, AB, Calgary, AB, Yellowknife, NT, Saskatoon, SK, Winnipeg, MB, Toronto, ON, London, ON, Ottawa, ON, Montreal, QC, Fredericton, NB, Saint John, NB, Edmundston, NB and Halifax, NS. McDonald's brought back the McRib in October 2007.[4] The 3rd Farewell Tour started at the end of October 2007. Kayvon dances Michael Jackson's Thriller - 148 sec
http://kayvontv.com/watch/ KayvonTV.com presents Kayvon dancing to Michael Jackson's Thriller. Thriller is the sixth studio album by American pop singer Michael Jackson. It was released on November 30, 1982 by Epic Records, quickly became the best selling album of all time and was the first album at number one in the United States and United Kingdom simultaneously. Though sales figures vary with different sources, the album is cited as selling between forty-five and one hundred million copies worldwide. Seven of the nine songs on the album went on to be top 10 singles, including the title track, "Beat It", and "Billie Jean".[3] Thriller cemented Jackson as the predominant pop star of the late twentieth century, enabling him to break down racial barriers by appearing on MTV, Rolling Stone and going to the White House. The album was the first to use music videos as successful promotional tools, with the videos for "Thriller", "Billie Jean" and "Beat It" all receiving regular rotation and critical acclaim. The album itself also received overwhelmingly positive reviews, with All Music Guide and Rolling Stone giving near perfect scores. It won many awards, including a Grammy Award for Album of the Year, and was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2008. In 2001, the album was reissued as Thriller: Special Edition and 2008 saw a second reissue as Thriller 25. "Thriller 25" was a commercial success, selling more than one and a half million copies in eight weeks. "Thriller" is an early 1984 hit single recorded by Michael Jackson for the Epic label. It reached #4 in the U.S. singles chart and #10 in the UK singles chart. On February 20, 2006, the single, as well as the video, was re-released as part of the Visionary: The Video Singles package. The 14-minute video clip is regarded by some as the greatest music video of all time and the song itself is considered one of Jackson's signature songs. Written by Rod Temperton, produced by Quincy Jones, and featuring a guest soliloquy from Vincent Price, "Thriller" is one of Jackson's signature songs, in no small part because of its music video. The original name for "Thriller" single was "Starlight Love." The single was included on Jackson's Thriller album, which was released on December 1, 1982 and was the final single pulled from it. A voice-over recording session of "Thriller" Guitarist Slash appears on the special edition version of the album, released in 2001. This session features additional verses of the rap performed by Vincent Price, which were removed from the final version of the song. Kayvon vs Fred: Kayvon discovers Fred Loses His Meds - 219 sec
http://kayvontv.com/watch/ Lucas Cruikshank Lucas Cruikshank is the web producer and creator of Fred, a popular web-based series on YouTube. Lucas introduced the Fred character in videos produced with his cousins, Jon and Katie to their JKL Productions channel. As of September 2008, Fred was YouTube's all time 3rd most subscribed channel overall with over 500,000 subscribers, and also the 3rd most subscribed in the comedy category.[1] Cruikshank has turned his web popularity into commercial success signing deals to advertise products through product placement in the Fred series. The "Zipit" text messaging device has been featured in Fred episodes. Cruikshank appeared in a commercial advertising the text messaging device, which aired on MTV, Nickelodeon and ABC Family Channel. [2][3] Walden Media hired the teen to promote the film City of Ember with inclusion of the book it was based on and cameos from the films star Tim Robbins in Fred episodes . [4] Cruikshank also plans a website selling Fred t-shirts and other merchandise. [5] Fred Series The series was created as a parody of self-important video bloggers who, in Cruikshank's words, "think that everyone is so interested in them." Cruikshank believes that viewers either "automatically love Fred or automatically hate Fred, there is no in between" describing Fred as "A six year-old with anger management issues and an alcoholic mom who's not supposed to be using her video camera to post videos." The first episode, "Fred on Halloween", was posted on October 31, 2006. [1] The character lives with his recovering alcoholic mother whose manly voice is heard but is rarely seen. Fred's Grandmother is mentioned as briefly caring for Fred while his mother was in rehab. Other frequently mentioned (but never seen) characters include Judy who Fred has a crush on but she despises him, and Kevin, Judy's boyfriend who bullies Fred. Fred episodes typically begin with "Hey! It's Fred!" and include the catchphrases "Oh my garnet!" (a combination of "gosh" and "darn it"), and "hackin'" (Fred's version of "freakin'"). Cruikshank plans to continue the character assuring fans that previous statements that he planned to kill off Fred were "a joke".[5] Fred's voice is "chipmunked", meaning it plays back in the higher pitched, squeaky tones made famous by Alvin the Chipmunk and the Lollipop Guild Munchkins in the Wizard of Oz. fred spoof Lucas Cruikshank kayvon meds youtube funny comedy mom sister brother parody kayvon kayvontv kvon borat bruno perez mtv live cbc the hour toronto canada Canadian comedy america youtube sensation fred fred spoof Lucas Cruikshank parody fred spoof Lucas Cruikshank parody season 1 season 2 Fred gets Detention, Fred goes to the Dentist and Fred stalks Judy Fred figglehorn cary city ember fred granat grease miss amy mom play rehab ronan saoirse school all these kings Fred: A Star in His Own Mind alcoholic amy fred figglehorn grease miss mom play rehab school Fred's Mom Returns amy fred figglehorn grandma grease judy miss play Fred Goes Camping chool Fred Auditions For a Play Added Fred's Grandma Has a Secret Fred on May Day Added Fred on May Day kev blaze fred gets bullied gets detention dentist judy fred Fred on Father's Day State Pen Death Row Mailbox Letter swimming bertha mothers day Fred on St. Patrick's Day Fred on Valentine's Day LOVE Judy Improv Sketch Fred on Halloween Mom Alcoholic Party improv sketch Fred on St. Patrick's Day Halloween fred spoof Lucas Cruikshank kayvon meds youtube funny comedy mom sister brother parody kayvon kayvontv kvon borat bruno perez mtv live cbc the hour toronto canada Canadian comedy america youtube sensation fred fred spoof Lucas Cruikshank parody fred spoof Lucas Cruikshank parody season 1 season 2 Fred gets Detention, Fred goes to the Dentist and Fred stalks Judy Fred figglehorn cary city ember fred granat grease miss amy mom play rehab ronan saoirse school all these kings Fred: A Star in His Own Mind alcoholic amy fred figglehorn grease miss mom play rehab school Fred's Mom Returns amy fred figglehorn grandma grease judy miss play Fred Goes Camping chool Fred Auditions For a Play Added Fred's Grandma Has a Secret Fred on May Day Added Fred on May Day kev blaze fred gets bullied gets detention dentist judy fred Fred on Father's Day State Pen Death Row Mailbox Letter swimming bertha mothers day Fred on St. Patrick's fred blaze do kev kevin judy swimming stalks this watch zipit dentist bullied meds loses his improv creepy secret school grandma friend has mom auditions mommy tent mother truth discovers michael phelps drugs alcohol alcoholic csmping

Kayvon interviews Religulous director Larry Charles @ TIFF - 163 sec
http://www.tiff.shovine.com/ Religulous is a documentary directed by Larry Charles and starring American political comedian Bill Maher, host of Real Time With Bill Maher on HBO. According to Maher, the title of the film is a portmanteau derived from the words "religion" and "ridiculous," implying the satirical nature of the documentary that is meant to mock the concept of organized religion and the perceived problems it brings about.[1] [edit] Overview Known for his stance against religion, Bill Maher's views on the various world religions are explored as he travels to numerous religious destinations, such as Jerusalem, the Vatican, and Salt Lake City, interviewing believers from a variety of backgrounds and groups, including Jews for Jesus, Muslims, polygamists, Satanists, Hasidic scholars and even Rael of the Raelian Movement.[2][3] In the trailer and documentary Maher also interviews research neuroscientist Andrew Newberg, MD, (author of Why We Believe What We Believe) who brain-scans people at the University of Pennsylvania as they pray, meditate and speak in tongues. Maher admitted to lying about himself and his film to obtain interviews: "We never, ever, used my name. We never told anybody it was me who was going to do the interviews. We even had a fake title for the film. We called it 'A Spiritual Journey.' It didn't work everywhere. We went to Salt Lake City, but no one would let us film there at all."[4] The documentary was produced by Thousand Words and is being distributed by Lionsgate. Originally slated for intentional release date coinciding with the Christian Easter holiday 2008, post-production delays resulting from a screenwriters guild strike pushed the release date back to July 11, 2008.[5] Release has now been pushed back to October 3, 2008.[6] larry charles interview toronto film fest tiff Religulous bill maher premiere 2008 borat larry charles interview toronto film fest tiff Religulous bill maher premiere 2008 borat larry charles interview toronto film fest tiff Religulous bill maher premiere 2008 borat larry charles interview toronto film fest tiff Religulous bill maher premiere 2008 borat larry charles interview toronto film fest tiff Religulous bill maher premiere 2008 borat larry charles interview toronto film fest tiff Religulous bill maher premiere 2008 borat larry charles interview toronto film fest tiff Religulous bill maher premiere 2008 borat larry charles interview toronto film fest tiff Religulous bill maher premiere 2008 borat

Adrian Dantley meets Kayvon (Basketball Hall of Fame) - 71 sec
http://kayvontv.com/watch/ from the KayvonTV.com clip of the day series. Adrian Delano Dantley (born February 28, 1956 in Washington, D.C.) is a Hall of Fame basketball small forward who played 15 seasons in the NBA, seven of which as a member of the Utah Jazz. [edit] Playing career Dantley attended basketball powerhouse DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, MD where he played under legendary basketball coach Morgan Wootten. Dantley was a forward at Notre Dame from 1973-76. He was a consensus first team All-American in 1974-75 and 1975-76 and was named 1976 National Player of the Year. He ranks second on the Notre Dame career scoring list with 2,223 points and holds the school record for free throws made (615) and free throws attempted (769). Dantley had a stellar collegiate career for the Fighting Irish. As a freshman, he played an important role in one of the biggest games in college basketball history, Notre Dame's stunning 1973 upset to end UCLA's record 88-game winning streak. That UCLA team, coached by the legendary John Wooden, featured Bill Walton, Jamaal Wilkes (then known as Keith Wilkes) , and Dave Meyer. Dantley led Notre Dame in scoring in 1974-75 (30.4 points per game) and 1975-76 (28.6 points per game), while also leading the team in rebounding those two seasons with marks of 10.2 and 10.1 rebounds per game, respectively. He was also the leading scorer on the 1976 US Olympic team that captured the gold medal in Montreal and was drafted sixth overall, by the Buffalo Braves, in the 1976 NBA draft. He became the third Buffalo player in five years to receive the NBA Rookie of the Year Award when he won it after the 1977 season. However, Dantley bounced around the league after his rookie campaign. Buffalo traded Dantley to the Indiana Pacers before the 1978 season, but Indiana would trade him after 23 games to the Los Angeles Lakers. He stayed with the Lakers through the following season before being traded again; this time, to the Utah Jazz. It was the third time in the past two years that he had been traded; the Jazz would be his fourth team in as many years in the league. In Utah, Dantley reached his peak, establishing his reputation as a prolific scorer. With Utah, he twice led the league in scoring (in 1981 and 1984). He averaged over 30 points per game each season between 1981 and 1984, though he missed 60 games in 1983 after tearing ligaments in his right wrist. In his seven years with the Jazz, Dantley picked up all six of his All-Star appearances and two All-NBA second-team honors. Utah traded Dantley to the Detroit Pistons after the 1986 season. Dantley was still an effective scorer, but did not get as many shots with Isiah Thomas, Joe Dumars, Vinnie Johnson and Bill Laimbeer all averaging at least 10 points per game. Midway through the 1989 season, Detroit traded Dantley to the Dallas Mavericks for Mark Aguirre. Dantley played two more seasons in the NBA before retiring after a 10-game stint with the Milwaukee Bucks in 1991. Dantley finished his career with an average of 24.3 points per game. He scored his points with a mix of mid-range jump shots, high-percentage opportunities close to the basket, and frequent trips to the free throw line. For his career, he shot .540 from the floor -- 16th in NBA history -- and .818 from the charity stripe. He led the league in free throws six times and ranks sixth all-time in that category. He shares the record (with Wilt Chamberlain) for most free throws made in a regular-season NBA game with 28. Dantley's uniform number (#4) was retired by Utah on April 11, 2007. He enjoyed outstanding success at every level of basketball, including high school, college, Olympics, NBA, and it was announced on April 7, 2008 that he would be elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame, 16 years after his retirement. adrian dantley kayvon toronto denver utah jazz kayvontv basketball hall of fame 4 mavs lakers dunk laugh raptors street interview utah jazz number 4 retired adrian dantlry kayvon kvon kavon toronto ontario canada laugh show tv series b-ball bunk shot rebound adrian dantley kayvon toronto denver utah jazz kayvontv basketball hall of fame 4 mavs lakers dunk laugh raptors street interview utah jazz number 4 retired adrian dantlry kayvon kvon kavon toronto ontario canada laugh show tv series b-ball bunk shot rebound http://kayvontv.com/watch/

Kayvon in "Guitar Hero" - 27 sec
http://kayvontv.com/watch/ Guitar Hero is a popular series of music video games published by RedOctane and Activision. The series is notable for its use of a guitar-shaped peripheral to simulate the playing of rock music, represented on-screen by colored notes that correspond to fret buttons on the controller. The games support both individual play, as well as cooperative and competitive modes for two players. The series has used a range of both licensed and independent rock music tracks from the 1960s to present, several of which are master tracks from the bands. In total, four games have been released for video game consoles, while one game has been released for mobile phones. The series was developed by Harmonix Music Systems from 2005 to 2007 before development duties of the series were transferred to Neversoft, whose first effort, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock was released in October 2007. The Guitar Hero franchise has become a cultural phenomenon, making many appearances in popular culture, and the games have become extremely popular as party games. The series has sold over 14 million games, earning over US$1 billion.[1] The Guitar Hero series has made a significant cultural impact, becoming a "cultural phenomenon."[8][32] The series' titles became very popular party games, which led to their being played in a variety of locales. Several bars in the United States are offering "Guitar Hero nights" as an alternative to karaoke; one New York City bar experienced triple the business on such nights.[8] Many concert tours, including the Family Values Tour feature Guitar Hero booths and contests between sets.[8] The series' popularity even spread to the sports world; Detroit Tigers' pitcher Joel Zumaya injured himself during the 2006 playoffs playing Guitar Hero.[33] Salon.com argued that Guitar Hero is responsible for turning many people onto rock music and inspiring them to learn how to play guitar. The article also states that the games helped an 8-year old guitarist learn sensitivity to rhythm, as well as develop the dexterity and independent hand usage necessary to play the instrument.[34] Guitar Hero now holds a place in the Guinness World Records in their Gamers Edition, tracking the highest score on a single song; the current record is held by Chris Chike, who scored a over 880,000 points on "Through the Fire and Flames" from Guitar Hero III, almost double the previous record holder.[35] Prior to the release of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, Activision has worked with the iTunes Store to provide more than 1300 tracks of Guitar Hero-related music across more than 20 compilations, including most of the tracks from the games in the series, called "Guitar Hero Essentials". These compilations, such as "Killer Guitar Solos" and "Guitar Anthems of the '80s", include songs related to but not contained within the Guitar Hero series. Dusty Welch of RedOctane has stated "Where there's music, there's Guitar Hero, and with iTunes, we are able to provide fans with a central location for downloading their favorite rock anthems." In popular culture Stan and Kyle from South Park play Guitar Hero II Stan and Kyle from South Park play Guitar Hero II Guitar Hero has made several appearances in popular culture. Guitar Hero II is the centerpiece of an episode of South Park entitled "Guitar Queer-o", in which Stan and Kyle get hooked on Guitar Hero II and end up being treated as though they are real-life rock stars. The episode was first broadcast on November 7, 2007, 10 days after the American release of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.[42] The episode of Metalocalypse entitled "Dethvengance" featured a black Guitar Hero controller on the bed of a boy attempting to download music from the band Dethklok illegally. The song playing on his computer is "Thunderhorse," which is playable on Guitar Hero II. In the Metalocalypse episode "Dethkids," a sick child composes a song for Dethklok rhythm guitarist Toki Wartooth using a Guitar Hero controller.[43] Ellen DeGeneres has played Guitar Hero several times in 2008 during the monologue of her syndicated talk show. On the January 25, 2008, episode she is seen playing along to "Barracuda", which segues to Heart performing the song for the audience.[44] The music video for San Diego rock band Switchfoot's song "Awakening" featured two men going home and competing separately on Guitar Hero. The video is unique because all of the Guitar Hero footage featured Switchfoot playing, and all the animation was made by using cut-out style animation. It was also the first music video to use this type of animation.[45] In the music video for "Mixed Up S.O.B." by The Presidents of the United States of America, a part can be seen with the song being played in a Guitar Hero game http://kayvontv.com/watch/

http://kayvontv.com/watch/ KayvonTV: Season 2, Episode 9 A Hooters Girl is a waitress employed by the Hooters restaurant chain. Hooters Girls are instantly recognizable by their uniform of a white tank top with the Hooters owl logo and the location name on the front paired with the famously short orange runner's shorts. Originally, the shirts were white cotton, pulled tight and knotted in the back to emphasize the breasts. The company also began using other colors and designs for their tops such as a camouflage theme on Monday ("Military Mondays"), black on Friday ("Formal Fridays"), and the football uniforms of a local NFL team during the NFL season, yet this varies from state to state.
