ファッション、アート、デザインなどの分野を縦横無尽に行き来するファッションデザイナー、津村耕祐が提案するのは「空気のネットワーク」。ネットやチュールを使用することにより、通気性を考慮しながら、クッション性と装飾性の両面を持ち合わせる手法を実現。ネットにネットを差し込むという簡単なアイデアのウエアでありながら、服を着せるように、シーンに変化を加えることができる。各自の好みで無限のデコレーションが広がっていく。

A fashion designer Kousuke Tsumura takes an active part in fashion, art and design. Tsumura presents "the network of air". He realized a method that possesses cushion-like quality and decorativeness when he used nets and tulles while taking account of porosity. It may seem like a simple ware of nets and nets inserting each other. Still, you can add a change to the scene as if you were dressing. OnGround - Respire（呼吸） 「自分の中にある欲求を正直にカタチにする」を基本テーマとして、2年前に結成し作品を発表した「OnWall」がさらに一歩発展した。あわただしい毎日の中、ちょっと立ち止まって「どこかに矛盾を感じてない?」と自分に問いかける。そんな時間をいつでもどこでも持つための小さな空間、自分の呼吸の音に気づくためのシェルターを提案。

Two years ago, for OnWall, they designed three climbing walls. They followed their instincts and gured out that they should climb high and change their view point! This year, they have new members and they want to keep their feet on the ground. They want to raise questions about speedy consumerism, and make the proposition to stop for a while and listen to your heart. "What do we really need? What are the contradictions in our life?" These small spaces they propose will enable you to concentrate on this "stop", and to listen to the sound of your breathing. They will become your ideal personal hideaway.

They revised a combining methodof putting materials together to create a chair with functions embeddend in the shape. together people, objects and space by adopting humourous storytelling.

段ボールという、リサイクル可能な素材の持ち味を活かした家具シリーズ。1965年に渡辺力がデザインを手がけたもので、山折り、谷折り、はめ込み作業だけで完成する組立構造が特徴的。キッズセットはコの字型のテーブルの下に2脚の椅子をコンパクトに収納できる。また、発売当時「4つの椅子で象の体重を支えられる」と話題になったスツールは、堅牢さも抜群。積み木のように積んで遊んだり、表面に絵を描くこともでき、子供の自由な発想が育める。
Riki Watanabe / METROCS @DESIGNTIDE TOKYO Main saite
Riki Watanabe designed this series of recyclable carton furniture in 1965 . The furniture is made completely of folded carton and the two chairs fit perfectly under the table. It has been said that when four chairs are put together, they are strong enough for the weight of an elephant. You can use the furniture as building blocks and even draw pictures on them. Only imagination sets the limits.

Riki Watanabe
Born in Tokyo, 1911 . Af ter having graduated from the Woodcraft Department at Tokyo Higher School of Arts
and Design, he joined architect Bruno Taut's of f ice in Gunma in 1936 . In 1949 , Watanabe established his own
designing studio. He is still designing actively, focusing mainly on watches and furniture.
