This is the finale to "Ugly Days in Idiotvylle" Dynamic Rain and Thunder's 1st movie. The premise is that the woman who gets beheaded has $200,000 worth of gold in her head. The three men who want to kill her for the gold are:

Colorado Governor Clyde Ramirez has had enough of his political rival Dave Dershal and sends Evil Ray Montoya to kill Dave and his stunning bride. Sheriff Jack pulls up but doesn't really have a problem with the murder. The end is...well...you'll have to watch the full version of Ugly Days which is being re-released Spring '08.
