designated to the highest-level certification of K12. The second designation, L3, is also the most

The technology push in schools is more obvious as businesses compete globally for the best talent. One of the main problems for K-12 grades in getting the technology they need is limited finances. Experts say that funding technology programs in the K-12 system may be even more essential than at the college level.
Technology funding is becoming a larger part of grammar school budgets across the United States.
Although more states are funding technology programs in schools, competition is fierce as technology needs continue to grow.
Local Businesses Benefit
Businesses can't always rely on a government funded school to provide the right training, or the right training in sufficient amounts. So, they've taken matters into their own hands.
Because of the need for a more technically diverse workforce, many local businesses are setting up annual technology funding programs for the educational systems in their cities and towns.
Businesses, especially those in more rural areas, don't have the luxury of recruiting employees from top schools. They depend on the local school system to provide adequate technology training to each year's graduating workforce.
But schools can't depend entirely on local companies to sustain needed technology upgrades, training, and support.
