Production Notes:
This is a student film. There is no dialogue due to the project requirements. We shot it over one weekend. Recently, this film was among 10 films selected for Singapore's Arts Central channel's competition called Project Pilot in the 3g category. It was available for screening via 3g phones to the public. So that was great. I worked with my friend on this film as a producer. It was a fun experience just like making my other two films that I have also uploaded to Youtube. Hope you enjoy! (more)

Look at Clinton's math. She leads only if you give her 328,000 votes for the Soviet-style Michigan election, while giving Obama zero for not being on the ballot. And if you then ignore the caucuses of Iowa, Nevada, Maine, and my own state of Washington -- where a record quarter million people turned out to participate. Our votes don't count under Clinton's math. She disappears them down the memory hole of history in an argument that invents reality as much as Bush's claims of Iraq Weapons of Mass Destruction or Clinton's earlier story about running the gauntlet of Bosnian sniper fire. Clinton said, "No matter what happens, I will work as hard as I can to elect a Democratic president this fall." But then she insisted once again, that "we are winning the popular vote." This lie undermined every word she said about coming together...The superdelegates understand the real math, or they ought to. But given the "bitterness" of so many Clinton supporters toward reality that the woman they thought would be America's first female president will not be, the more they hear a story that suggests Obama's win is illegitimate, the more likely they are to bolt. If Clinton's voters embrace that story that "a man took it away from a woman," denied her a victory she rightly deserved, they're at risk of staying home come November, or holding back from the volunteering and the get out the vote efforts necessary for the Democrats to prevail...polls actually have Obama doing marginally better in Michigan than Clinton, nor have they explored the impact of roughly 60,000 Democratic voters who crossed over in Michigan to vote Republican...Clinton's argument also ignores that this isn't how the rules are set up, and that if they had been, Obama would have made more than three brief visits to California and one to New York State. Clinton's been praised of late for refraining from any truly outrageous comments, like her claim, following the Indiana and North Carolina primaries two weeks ago, that only she has the support of hard working white voters...every time she claims she has a popular majority, she's shattering whatever ceasefire exists and making it that much more likely that her supporters stay home come November. If she really wants a united party, she needs to stop, and the media and the superdelegates need to hold her accountable.

It is incomprehensible to me that Mrs. Clinton can seriously be touting the notion...that she is leading in the popular vote and should therefore be seriously considered as the most electable candidate in the November election. She's including those who voted for her in Florida and Michigan's name recognition ballot saying that to exclude them would be to disenfranchise them. What about the Democrats in Alaska, American Samoa, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, Nebraska, Washington, Hawaii and Wyoming who did not cast ballots because they were playing by the pledged delegates playbook and voted by caucus. What about them? Certainly if the rules are going to be changed and judgment is based on the 'popular' vote those voters in the eleven caucus states and Samoa will be disenfranchised. What about them?
And what about us? What about the American people? Haven't we had enough of Mrs. Clinton's mad antics in her pursuit of the realization of venal personal ambition; her 'say anything, do anything, no matter what' effort to manipulate our all too willing media to gull this country's populace into believing that her wretched illegitimacy is indeed legitimate. How much mendacity do we have to suffer, how much brazenness do we have to swallow before someone, anyone, has the decency, the common sense, to relieve us of this terrible trifle, this pathetic madness?

What you'll see televised from the DNC's Rules and By-laws Committee meeting on Saturday, May 31, will be a swarm of irate Hillary Backers carrying signs and protesting any possible outcome of the Mich./Fl. debacle other than a no-fault decision with the votes going to HRC. She needs 'em. And she needs the rules changed, despite the fact that she agreed with the DNC's decision last fall. But that was when she was still "inevitable"...Whether he liked them or not, Senator Obama played by the DNC's rules in Michigan and Florida. Senator Clinton thought the rules were just fine so long as she was front runner and destined to win the nomination. The specter of losing compels Hillary to change the rules. Of course, she's not playing this bait and switch game only because she has to win this thing any way she can--she's the new, improved populist who cannot bear the thought of a single vote not counting for all it's worth. Not a one. Unless it's a caucus state vote.

OLBERMANN: This is our conspiracy nightmare come to full fruit. The FBI source says the White House pressured them to blame it on al Qaeda or somebody in the Middle East. Would there also have been other FBI sources who would have folded under that pressure? How much did the FBI actually drag its collective feet, revealing what they had to have already known about where that anthrax came from?
POSNER: Oh, no question that there were sources and officials inside the FBI that would have caved to pressure from the White House. Look, I've been a critic of the FBI for years, from the time they did the Muir investigation and the Oklahoma bombings and other investigations that they've bungled. They are very, very sensitive to pressure coming in from the White House.
Remember, put yourself back in the time. Keith, this is October, two weeks after the biggest attack on American soil ever. Largest loss of death from a terror attacks. They are under tremendous pressure. Everybody is worried about the next shoe dropping. Is there going to be another terror strike coming up? Anthrax is out there. And you've got the president of the United States saying, I want this tied to al Qaeda. There is little doubt that this pushed some people either down the wrong investigative path—it slowed up the real path from being found, who was responsible for it, and they did know, as you said a moment ago, that this was weapons-grade anthrax. They had not gone, the hijackers, from box cutters to weapons-grade anthrax that fast.
But nobody, including Mueller, had the guts to stand up to the president and say, this is just wrong.
OLBERMANN: From the "New York Daily News" story to the "New York Times" story that the evidence against this late Dr. Ivins is circumstantial at best. There is nobody easier to convict than a dead man. Are you sold on the idea that he was involved? Are you sold on the idea of the lone mad scientist theory?
POSNER: I'm certainly not sold on the theory of the lone mad scientist. I'm not even sold right now on the fact he was involved. I'll tell you why. All we are hearing is one side of the evidence. We're getting it leaked out, as it always is by the government, bit by bit about what happened. And as you said, it's absolutely at best a circumstantial case.
The big thing they're hanging their hat on right now is the fact that they have a new DNA type of evidence for bacteria that can isolate this form of anthrax back to a flask that was in the laboratory that he handled, as did at least ten other people and possibly dozens. They have them in New Jersey, supposedly, a time when mail was sent out with anthrax spores from places in Princeton. And they have him holding a P.O. Box at a postal office inside of Frederick, Maryland, where some of the envelopes were bought they think they can trace back to this.
It's a case where any good defense attorney, a Mark Geragos, an F. Lee Bailey in his heyday a Roy Black, they would relish this type of case. They could knock it out of the ballpark. I have to say one thing, we cannot allow—I really believe this, on a case this important on the anthrax investigation, for a rush to judgment in a matter in which the prime suspect is dead of an apparent suicide.
OLBERMANN: And the key witness against that prime suspect now seems to be the therapist who filed the restraining order against him, Dr. Ivins, Miss Dooley (ph). To put it kindly, her story doesn't seem to be particularly air tight. Among other things, she misspelled her own job title, therapist, in the paperwork. And this timeline is all screwy.
Let's look at this graphically. She says Ivins was committed July 10th, signed himself out of the hospital on July 16th. Her restraining order was filed on July 24th. How does a biological weapons expert with fantasies supposedly of mass murder get to sign himself out of a psychiatric facility, and what's the deal with this woman?
POSNER: Well, I tell you, the more I look into this, the more questions I have about her. You're right, she did spell therapist wrong on the application for a restraining order. She represented herself. But she did spell subpoena right, although she got the tense wrong. I must tell you something, go on—I suggest to any people watching tonight, go on, Maryland has a great public records file on the Internet. You can go on there and put in her name. You can find out that she has a somewhat unusual past. In '92, she was charged with her husband for battery on her husband. It was a civil complaint. She was picked up with drug paraphernalia at one point. She had a bankruptcy in '99.
She is a counselor. She is not a psychiatrist. She is not a psychologist. She's a social worker, but really she is a counselor in a group setting for drug problems.

PLEASE GET PAST THE 1st minute, I screwed up.
Please read and discuss (I know it is a long read but by the end of it either you will find interesting philosophical discussion, which is always a laugh, or you will get to mock and ridicule my ignorance and/or stupidity, which is again a good recipe for funsies)
The teleological argument (or the "argument from design") states that "X is to complicated and/or improbable to have come about by chance therefore it must have been designed" and in the same way that when you look at a watch you see it is designed and that therefore it had a designer, so too when you see the universe as it is you know it was designed and that therefore it must have had a designer (i.e. god)
This argument was originally used in reference to organisms (humans, birds, disgruntled penguins) but since the theory of evolution had become more widely accepted it is far more often attributed to the laws and constants of the universe we live in. The idea being that, the precise nature of our universe is the only one that allows for life and or planets, stars ect....
However, I believe that this is a fundamentally flawed argument. The reason for this being that argument assumes that the (admittedly unlikely) set of laws and constants for our universe are some how SUPERIOR to another because they happen to produce the phenomenon we see in the universe- why? What possible, objective justification can be provided for saying that the presence of life, stars, planets, moons etc. is in some way superior to the absence thereof. Yes this set of circumstances is improbable- but so is other set of circumstances, it had to land on one of them! So, why when it lands on this one do we act as if some higher being must have stuck his hand in? In order to fully understand the problem with this argument it is necessary to examine the MEANING of "design".
Design: to create or contrive to a particular purpose or effect. Now, what purpose or effect is being achieved in the universe? Life? Well, the universe is certainly achieving life but this is but one of many things which could be achieved (whether in this universe with THESE physical laws and constants or in another). It is one of many improbable formations of matter but this one HAPPENS to have occurred.
The argument fails to recognize a KEY part of "design"- the thin which is being designed must be to the benefit (it must fulfill a need or desire) of an exterior entity. With the watch, you know it is designed because as a human you are aware that a watch is of benefit to humans and you have seen humans using this contraption to their benefit- you have evidence to support a reason why something would DESIGN this thing. Now, whilst we may speculate on God's reason for making the universe as he did, do we have any evidence? Can the supporters of the teleological argument supply any evidence that life, or the universe as is it presently is, are of any benefit to an exterior entity? In order to demonstrate design it is not simply necessary to identify complexity or improbability (both of which I am willing to concede) one must also demonstrate that the complex or improbable thing is of SOME BENEFIT to an exterior entity, and, of course, it would be necessary to have some evidence that such an exterior entity even exists before one even began trying to show that the universe was of some benefit to it. The teleological argument relies on circular reasoning at this point- it relies on the idea that god (the exterior entity) exists AND that he/she/it somehow WANTS this universe and/or life.
The argument seems to be portraying the specific constants that happen to apply to our universe being the ones in place as being analogous to 12 dice being thrown in a game where the higher the role, the higher the score and them all coming up sixes, a one in approximately 2.2 billion chance, and that therefore we can conclude that someone rigged the dice. However, it is more analogous to 12 dice being thrown and coming up: 4, 3, 6, 2, 2, 3, 1, 4, 3, 6, 5, 4 in no such game- just as improbable and yet, we do not suspect rigging on this occasion- why? Because there is no indication that the result is special or of any benefit to some EXTERIOR entity. So why do proponents of the teleological argument assume that we are the highest score in the cosmic game?
P.S. I somehow doubt that I am the first to come up with this argument, however I can not find the argument elsewhere on the internet so, in the case that it is mine and mine alone or at least nearly mine alone, I wish for it to be called "The Argument From Sam Rocks Way To Much To Be Argued With"

Well, I have been doing a lot of study of their "Proofs" and have observed some fatal flaws in their "science" and "photographic proof".
I submit to you now, Part 1 of a series of videos I intend to produce that will punch holes in their supposed "science".
