Morogrim Tidewalker Educational - 390 sec
Music: Kay Stone - Alone (Kasuma Remix) A video detailing the Morogrim Tidewalker fight in World of Warcraft's Serpent Shrine Cavern. More Information on the Paladin Tank: The Paladin Tank has ~300-400 total spell damage which increases healing done. He has Righteous Fury buffed (of course) and the Libram of Souls Redeemed equipped which "Increases the benefit your Flash of Light and Holy Light receive from Blessing of Light by 105" (dropped off any of the Opera events in Karazhan). The Warlock is buffed with a single-target Blessing of Light. He also has Fel Armor on which increases "the amount of health generated through spells and effects by 20%". So basically the Warlock is buffed to hell with +healing taken. As soon as Tidewalker does Earthquake the Warlock is dropped to ~60% health and the Paladin Tank begins spamming top-rank Holy Lights on him. At the same time, the Warlock is spamming Life Tap to bring his life low enough so that he is taking full heals. Sometimes other classes will get healing aggro as well on the murlocs but they will have to use aggro drop abilities to keep them away, such as priests Fade. As soon as the murlocs arrive at the paladin tank, the should be standing in Consecration and attacking the paladin also generates more threat. Basically, as soon as the murlocs are attacking the paladin, there is a very slim chance that they will get pealed off.

The Dangerous Health Effects of Steroids - Educational Video - 3509 sec
The public domain public service announcement video: "Squeezing Out the Juice: Tackling the Steroid Issue". Winning is everything to some athletes, and they'll do anything they can to make it happen, even take illegal drugs. Steroids have become a hot topic recently, from professional athletes down to little kids in recreational leagues. Congress has tackled the issue and many athletes and others are clamoring for more of a response. During this hour-long broadcast, learn about the health effects of steroids and hear how the pressure to win influences choices people make. See what the DEA, legislators, sports leagues, and schools are doing about performance-enhancing drugs. Some local coalitions are forming steroids task forces in their areas. Find out how their experience can help you and your local coalition spread the word. Learning Objectives: Learn who is using steroids and why; Learn about the dangerous health effects steroids cause; Hear how two programs targeted to high school athletes teaches them about the dangers of steroids and how you can get involved; Find out what one coalition is doing about the problem in their area; Anabolic steroid abuse has been associated with a wide range of adverse side effects ranging from some that are physically unattractive, such as acne and breast development in men, to others that are life threatening. Most of the effects are reversible if the abuser stops taking the drug, but some can be permanent. In addition to the physical effects, anabolic steroids can also cause increased irritability and aggression. Some of the health consequences that can occur in both males and females include liver cancer, heart attacks, and elevated cholesterol levels. In addition to this, steroid use among adolescents may prematurely stop the lengthening of bones resulting in stunted growth. People who inject steroids also run the risk of contracting or transmitting hepatitis or HIV. Some steroid abusers experience withdrawal symptoms when they stop taking the drug. These withdrawal symptoms include mood swings, fatigue, restlessness, loss of appetite, insomnia, reduced sex drive, and depression. This depression can lead to suicide attempts, and if left untreated, can persist for a year or more after the abuser stops taking the drugs. Primary target audiences for this program will include law enforcement officials, drug prevention specialists, Drug-Free Communities Act grantees, administrators, school drug counselors, high school athletic officials, treatment providers, drug court members, policy makers, business leaders, coalition volunteers, drug demand reduction coordinators, criminal justice professionals, members of the religious community and other community partners who may be interested. This program is also suitable for Public Access television distribution. Sponsored by Multijurisdictional Counterdrug Task Force Training (MCTFT) as a public service announcement; public domain. Gangs In America - Part 1 - Educational And Training Video - 1366 sec
Gangs - The Development Of In America - Educational Video #1. "The proliferation of gangs in the United States has reached epidemic proportions," says Sergeant Harold M. Rochon, 20-year veteran of the Detroit Police Department and author of Terrorists and Designer Jeans." In this 2-hour training telecast, Rochon describes the history of gangs, tells how to identify and classify members of gangs, explains gang ideology and recruiting, discusses the drug nexus within gangs, and much more. The term street gang is the term preferred by key local law enforcement agencies because it includes juveniles and adults, and designates the location of gangs and most of its criminal behavior. A street gang is group of people that form an allegiance based on various social needs and engage in acts injurious to public health and safety. Members of street gangs engage in (or have engaged in) gang-focused criminal activity either individually or collectively, they create an atmosphere of fear and intimidation within the community. Street gangs have been documented in cities in the United States throughout most of the country's history, but crime surveys and statistics suggest that gangs are posing a more serious crime problem than in the past. In some cities, such as Chicago, Illinois, and Los Angeles, California, gangs are credited with an alarming share of violent crime, especially homicides. And while reports conflict about the extent to which gangs play an organized role in drug trafficking, the vast majority of gang cases investigated by the FBI revealed that drug trafficking was the primary criminal enterprise that supported the gang, however was not necessarily the sole purpose for the gang's existence. Gangs have been involved with the lower levels of the drug trade for many years, but their participation skyrocketed with the arrival of "crack" cocaine. Almost overnight, a major industry was born, with outlets in every neighborhood, tens of thousands of potential new customers and thousands of sales jobs available. In slightly over a decade, street gangs have become highly involved in drug trafficking at all levels. Intelligence developed through investigations has revealed extensive interaction among individuals belonging to gangs across the Nation. This interaction does not take the conceptual form of traditional organized crime. It is more a loose network of contacts and associations that come together as needed to support individual business ventures. There are however, some street gangs that possess structured organization in their drug operations. In cities such as Chicago and New Haven, the Black Gangster Disciple Nation, Vice Lords, and Latin Kings have a more recognized organizational structure, funneling profits upward through the organization. Street gang-related violence and drug activity, however, are not necessarily synonymous. While street gangs may specialize in entrepreneurial activities like drug dealing, their gang-related lethal violence is more likely to grow out of turf conflicts than from the entrepreneurial activity. Drug markets indirectly influence violence by bringing rival gangs members into proximity with one another, as most street gang violence involves intergang conflicts. By far the most visible and frightening of gang crimes is murder. Contrary to popular belief, most murders committed by gang members are not random shootings nor are they direct disputes over drugs or some other crime. While those types of gang homicides do occur, most are the product of old-fashioned fights over turf, status and revenge. Drive-by shootings and other confrontations of this kind typically involve small sets of gang members acting more or less on their own, not large groups representing an entire gang. But each attack creates a chain reaction of complicity, vengeance and commitment. Sponsored by FLETC/MCTFT. Public domain video.

Heroin Has Not Gone Away - Anti-Drug Educational Video - 02 - 1212 sec
Heroin Part 2 public domain video. Heroin: The Next Generation. Viewers will learn about the different types of heroin being peddled on the streets of America, how heroin affects the users and hear first person accounts about heroin use from former users. Find out how the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office broke a major heroin trafficking ring that was selling the drug to young people in the affluent suburb of Scottsdale, Arizona. What goes around comes around -- and Heroin is back! But the face of yesterday's junkie is not the face of the junkie of today. More young people than ever before are shooting it, snorting it — even smoking it. And they're getting more bang for their buck when buying their heroin on the streets today. One reason: The purity of this drug is the highest at the street level than it's ever been -- that means users don't have to use needles to inject the drug into their veins. The new ability to snort or smoke heroin is enticing more young people than ever before to give it a try. Back in the 60s and 70s, heroin users primarily injected the drug into their bloodstream. The next generation of heroin users do not have to use needles to get high on heroin. Smoking it or snorting it is more appealing to younger and first-time users by eliminating the fear of needles and syringe-associated diseases such as HIV, AIDS and hepatitis -- not to mention the stigma associated with the stereotypical "junkie" who "shoots up" the drug. Another reason heroin use is on the rise, according to James Hall, an epidemiologist for Up Front Drug Information Center in Miami, Florida is because prescription drug abuse is on the rise. "Young people who try prescription narcotic opiate drugs and like the effects of those drugs are turning to heroin because it packs a similar, yet more powerful punch than prescription narcotic opiates," Hall says. "That's why prescription drug abuse is becoming a stepping stone to first time heroin users." Program Objectives: This program discusses, among other things, the following: Learn about the different types of heroin being peddled on the streets of America. Learn how heroine affects the users. Hear first person accounts about heroin use from a former users. Explore heroin trafficking trends and methods of delivery of the drug into the U.S. Find out how the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office broke a major heroin trafficking ring that was selling the drug to young people in the affluent suburb of Scottsdale, Arizona. Panelists: TBA. Sponsors: This program is sponsored the Multijurisdictional Counterdrug Task Force Training (MCTFT) with the technical support of the Satellite Education Network (SEN) at Ft. Lee, VA.
