Process 1: the sketch
Making the sketch is one of the most important and difficult things. I have to improve a lot with it too, anyway, the sketch will decide how the drawing will be. I usually do like this, in layers:
a first sketching layer
a body Layer
a clothes Layer.
then, when everything is ok, i do the lineart.
Process 2: the lineart.
Usually i spend a lot of time doing this, but in this movie i couldnt. So i ended up doing it so fast! Some tips and tricks i can give you about Manga studio: if you want to modify something you did wrong ( you want stretch something, for example) just select the part, and then press CTRL+T (transform) it is easy and fast.
Process 3: toning.
Well toning is almost like coloring. All you got to do is :
1. drag on the drawing the tones you want (it will create a tone layer), then
2. select all on that layer with CTRL+A,
3. delete all with DEL,
4. deselect all with CTRL+D and then,
5. start to "color"!
Process 4: finishing
Well, you can add baloons, texts, etc, and add some "crash!, BANG!, Boom!!" words in Photoshop, drawing them with the tablet, after you exported the image.

Showing how the "attachMovie" method works. The quality of the video may be bad, so I'll describe the process here.
Create at least 2 layers, one for the buttons, one for the text. Draw a square, color is irrelevant. Convert it to a button symbol. Enter it, then Insert Keyframe under "Hit" then Delete the other three frames' content. Drag as many buttons onto the stage as you need. Arrange them to your taste. Create an empty movie clip. Drag one onto the stage for each button, and align them to the upper left corner of them. Give these different instance names (eff1, eff2...). Draw another square, same width n height as the buttons. Convert it to graphic, with upper left registration, then convert it again to a movie clip, with an export name eg. "over". Duplicate this, with an export name eg. "out". Make some animation into these 2 clips. Make the texts. Now the code for the FIRST button:

On the second button it's eff2 (instead of eff1), on the third eff3 and so on.
