Performance is a little lower then my previous approach videos, mainly due to the area, New York, Newark and I used a full size video in Fraps, to retain more quality on the down scale to 320x240. Which cost about 4-5 additional FPS.

Umm yeah so getting back to reality... MediaCoder is what i use for pro resizing. Got a HD video you want to downscale on VCD? No problem with MediaCoder. It's like god's gift to videographers. There is no commercial program that has all the encoding options of MediaCoder. Not even Sony Vegas 8. Sorry Kaz. MediaCoder = total win-win-win!!!1!

Ok, first of all, i did NOT make this vid to piss anyone off or to in any way make fun of or downscale what happened on September 11, 2001.
That was a tragedy, no other way to describe it.
This was an idea that popped into my head: What if Dean and Sam had been on one of those planes, in an attempt to stop it from crashing into the tower, but failed?
I did this cuz it seemed like an original Supernatural video idea, i didnt make it to start some big discussion about September 11 and what did or did not happen and who did or did not do it or wheater or not the media manipulated us.

the converter does a great job by digitaly downscale the vga signal into a pal/ntsc signal, will the gba a/v adapter does a great job handleling pal/ntsc signal.
sorry there,s no sound cuzz the gba a/v adapter does NOT support the gba speaker,but has it,s own passtrue output.

The Cosmological Principal is a myth. The observations that inspire it's continued acceptance are an artifact of scale and not a reasonable characterization of the structure of the universe at cosmic scales.
Initially devised to both eliminate the human propensity to center the universe on some astronomical object and to enable the universal applicability of the Theory of Relativity, the Cosmological Principal has outlived it's usefulness.
Across forty orders of magnitude, from quarks to galaxy clusters, the universe exhibits an absolute, unambiguous adherence to a material hierarchy of smaller particles joining in profusion to make ever larger physical structures. Significantly, every human cosmology ever devised failed in precise resistance to the presumption that this same hierarchy continued beyond our ability to confirm it.
Our latest effort to terminate the unambiguous continuity of the material hierarchy of the universe is embodied in the first two axioms of the Cosmological Principal: the homogeneity of the universe and the isotropy of the universe. Both are inevitable consequences of looking upscale in a physical hierarchy. When we look upsca;e our sample size plumments. When we look downscale it skyrockets.
It is suggested the we replace these two axioms with the two Rules of Cosmology:
1) The Finite Rule: All material phenomena are finite in extent and constituent to larger structures.
2) The Plurality Pincipal: All material phenomena are multiply manifest.
