Triesenberg ist ein Walserdorf. Unsere Vorfahren rodeten die Wälder, urbarisierten das Land und lebten über Jahrhunderte ausschliesslich von der Berglandwirtschaft. Viele Wörter, die früher bei uns jedermann tagtäglich gebrauchte, werden im moderne Leben nicht mehr benötigt und deshalb auch nicht mehr verwendet. Die vier Schulkindern Sabrina, Fernanda, Marco und Peter schauen gelegentlich auf ihrem Schulweg in meinem Fotostudio vorbei. Ich habe ihnen die Klärung einiger alter Triesenberger Wörter als Hausaufgabe mitgegeben. Alle hatten grossen Spass und klärten zuhause die Bedeutung der Wörter. Wer ein richtiger Bergbauer sein oder werden will tut sicher gut daran, die ersten vier Gratis-Lektionen aufmerksam zu studieren.
