SUNSOFT: Roomi (from Galaxy Fight: Universal Warriors / ギャラクシーファイト) and Hebereke (from the original Japanese version of Ufouria: The Saga, Hebereke / へべれけ, as well as other games in the Hebereke series).
NOTE: I didn't mean to make Blade fight after he got knocked out in Round 1 of the second MUGEN battle.

| Obscure Game Oddities: B-Wings (Famicom) Data East - 325 sec
-B-Wings-
B-Wings is an obscure port of an already obscure arcade shoot-em-up, made by Data East in 1984, although, ported to the famicom in 1986. I was able to play this game in my childhood, due to the fact that it is in a multi cart that I own.
The game itself isn't very good. The level are extremely repetitive, and the bosses don't change much. You have a large selection of weapons, but the hammer is the only one worth using, as it gives you a little rotating shield.
I'm not sure if it even has an ending or not.

In Japan Takara produced a short lived VHS based game system called "Video Challenger." If you're familiar with the Action Max, this system is more or less the same core concept, make kids hate their parents for not buying a Nintendo.
Apparently Europe also had the misfortune of getting this game by the hands of Bandai. http://www.youtube.com/user/incog88 has videos of some of the more laughable titles. Among them, Space Challenge was Takara's pack-in.
The tapes I have run about ten minutes each. Shown here are excerpts from one of the more interesting games, Road Blaster (aka Road Avenger.) In addition to shooting targets, the player is also required to "steer" the car.
