The ongoing Custody Battle Took a turn for the worse when Britney refused to give the kids back after a visitation leading to police being called in on a Custodial Interference issue. No charges were filed. Britney Spears was taken to the Hospital where as of Jan 5th she still remained under close supervision. Spears was visited Saturday by Dr. Phil McGraw, who counsels people on his popular television program, "The Dr. Phil Show."
I pray she is getting the help she needs.
Sadly this will close the door on any un-supervised visits with her children...Britney was not intoxicated at the time, as reported by the press earlier.
