Film is 8mm Kodachrome from 1949.
These folks owned a road-side tavern, and this was obviously shot after-hours.
Loaded up on free beer and liquor from a "boobie bottle", these folks lose a bit of the inhibition in front of the camera.
Just imagine...these folks are either Grandparents, GREAT Grandparents or Dust!

Dialect comedian Willie Howard, the skinny member of vaudeville's Eugene and Howard, played a Jewish-accented cowboy (singing Ralph Rainger and Leo Robin's "I Got a Girl in Cal-i-for-ni-ay") in the 1935 version of David Belasco's ancient operetta Rose of the Rancho (1936). It was a screen highlight of sorts for a comedian otherwise mainly seen in early Vitaphone shorts and Al Christie comedy two-reelers.

The reactions clips like this stir up have always amazed me. Sadly, many of you feel that you have to post insulting, rude and obscene comments. For those of you who are filled with hate, open your eyes, open your mind and shut your mouth!
One does not have to look far to find many other examples of racial stereotyping in popular media in the first half of the 20th century. Radio shows, movies, and comic strips were filled with caricatures of Blacks, Native Americans, Hispanics, Asians, Jews, and every other minority. It is to our great credit that we have evolved as far as we have since then, but we should preserve our history and not try to rewrite it in some Orwellian attempt to excise those parts of it that we now find abhorrent.
