What is soggy biscuit? I'll quote a part from wikipedia here:
Soggy biscuit, cummy biscuit, limp biscuit, Soggy Sao, sticky biscuit, pass the cracker, seamens biscuit, gross toast or ooky cookie is a male masturbation game reportedly played in typically teenage male-oriented groups. As much as possible I tried to translate directly and rhime where they rhime at the same time.
