He used to make a lot of this sound.....for a long time.....it was like a meditative "om" to him. He would also repeatedly move objects close to the corners of his eyes and move it slow and deliberately back and forth over and over again. I called this "scoping". This is a sampling of that behavior. Auteur : racham1 Tags: autism behavior stimming corner of eyes |

| excuse me, SHE'S AUTISTIC: Lunch Time - 341 sec "excuse me, SHE'S AUTISTIC" is a film project which aims to educate the viewer on the daily trials of a single Mom raising an autistic daughter.
Autism is a disorder that can affect the way a child behaves, thinks, communicates, and interacts with others. Kids with autism are affected in different ways. Some have only mild symptoms and grow up to live independently, while others have more severe symptoms and need supported living and working environments throughout their lives.
Autism affects up to one in every 175 school-age children, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Approximately 300,000 school-aged kids have been diagnosed with the disorder. It's more common in boys than girls, and is usually diagnosed when a child is between 15 and 36 months old, although signs of the disorder can show up earlier.
Parents of a child with autism are often desperate to get help. Some parents of kids with severe autism may find that a child's needs overwhelm the family's ability to live peacefully. | Center For The Autistic - 292 sec A Residential And Daycare Center Built in Kentucky for the Autistic and other mentally and physicaly challenged Children, young ad A Residential And Daycare Center Built in Kentucky for the Autistic and other mentally and physicaly challenged Children, young adults and adult People. It will serve the Entire United States and the kids whom can or can't afford the Center and it's treaments. Consists of wide range of Therapy's and special health care for their needs with onsite hospital and Specialized Physicians. Families will have onsite lodging for the duration of their visit with their child. Pretty Gardens and Gift shoppes to generate money back into the Center and Create Jobs for the nearby town. Each hall will have a floor for each disability and each hall will have nurses and therapist trained in those fields. Horse back riding for the wheel chair bound and other mental and physical challenged person. Tours of the center is welcomed to those whom sponsor the center. I hope this center can serve the entire country and its territories if possible for those whom can't find care for their special one whom needs more care than their families can provide. My son is the inspiration to this idea and it's something been in my mind for a few years now. In Kentucky I have found, is absolutely no care at all provided for these kids and adults in this kind of field and if their were, it is the wrong placement for them. I found I have to go a few hundred miles to get care he needs. To this day, I am still doing it all by myself and I am needing him to have help. One day, I won't be with him and I want to feel comfortable knowing he will not be mistreated and neglected. I want to see this center to be beautiful as these kids deserve it. A school on center made just for these kids with specially trained teachers and nurses. An education Center for the public to teach the public about the disability and a room for sensitivity training for the public to be kind to the disabled. A guard shack to protect the Center. I also have a four year old daughter with this kind of autism and she needs help. And for these two and the kind of creul disability they are having to live with and my desperation to get them the right care, is why I have a dream for these kids and others like them. Please, I ask the "Well to Do" to come together and help get this center planned and built and ran by the right people. I have lots of ideas and have it on paper. I ask Home Make Over-Home Edition to come and help and organize. There is large tracts of land around where I live and its beautiful. No rivers near here to flood the Kids out. I hope to see a very large facility built here to help these special deserving kids and adults, and give their families much needed relief. Please, help me get the word out for your special needs child and others so we can all get them the help they need and some kind of life they can live with and be comfortable. I hope to see emails from the public on this idea and the people whom wants to help. I Thankyou for visiting. Auteur : washtuckian Tags: Autism |
