I got a chance to play with the Acer Aspire One. It's easy, fast, and just a joy to use. I think I forgot to mention this in the video (if I did, then this is just a repeat of what I said) but the boot time for the Aspire One is about 13.8 seconds. My MacBook boots in 40 seconds, so the Aspire is lightning fast. The Linpus Linux Lite OS that it comes preloaded with is fabulous. For a Netbook, it has a very usable keyboard. Watch the video to find out the rest of my input about the Aspire One, as well as some things that I don't like about it, and whether I would recommend it.

Acer Aspire 5920 running Supreme Commander timedemo. Those of you unfamiliar with Supreme Commander should know it's one of the best games for benchmarking because it's so cpu and gpu intensive:

Supreme Commander requires at least a 1.8ghz cpu, 512 MB RAM, 128MB video RAM or greater. Recommended specs are 3.0 GHz, 1GB RAM, and 256 MB Video RAM

So to get a 32fps average on a laptop is very good. Also actual gameplay is much faster since timedemos are designed to stress hardware to the max and actual gameplay rarely reaches the same levels.

Sorry it's so dark, it's because the LCD is so bright. I went ahead and made sure the laptop was in the video so you could see it's really the Acer 5920. Other game videos on Youtube say it's the Acer 5920 but without seeing the laptop it could really be any computer running the game.
