Francisco Hernandez is not just an immigration attorney as described on Fox News. He is also a part of the John McCain Presidential campaign, as is his brother Juan Hernandez. Francisco Hernandez is a personal friend of George Bush and Mexican President Vicente Fox.
These failures on the city and federal level resulted in the deaths of Mr. Bologna and his two sons.
Danielle Bologna is now a grieving widow and her family was taken from her by an MS-13 Mara Salvatrucha gang member and illegal alien named Edwin Ramos.
Edwin Ramos has many prior felonies but the city policies of San Francisco prevented Ramos from being turned over to immigration authorities.
A few months before the slayings, Edwin Ramos was arrested on a gun charge and it is a felony for an illegal alien to possess a fire arm. ICE Immigration and Customs Enforcement, under Michael Chertoff and George Bush refused to deport Edwin Ramos.
Thousands of Americans are being murdered by illegal aliens each year because the Sanctuary, Federal Government, and some states that refuse to enforce our existing immigration laws, despite the fact that over 80% of Americans want more enforcement.

He sure surrounds himself with interesting people. Maybe it's all just "bad judgement" or maybe he's just a liar. Either way this is the man democrats want to have in charge of our country.
Both Obama's and Ayers' people have refused to comment on the nature of their relationship.
Former intelligence officer Larry Johnson:

Do you think that Republicans will ignore Obama's ties to Ayers? The two were serving on the same board in 2002.
