Mevlana'nın İngilizce basılmış eserleri son 20 yılda Şekspir'den daha fazla satılmakta.Moda tasarımcılarının podyum şovlarında yer Mevlana'ya yer verilmesi , Demi Moore, Martin Sheen, Debra Winger, Goldie Hawn ve Rosa Parks gibi Holywood Guru'larının şiirlerini müzik videolarına kaydetmesi (Deepak Chopra /Aşkın Armağanı) ve efsanevi yönetmen Oliver Stone'un Mevlana'nın hayatını anlatan "TEK SEVGİ" 'yi işleyen bir film yapmaya olan ilgisi bizleri dünyanın ve hoşgörünün anlamı hakkında yeni bir tanımlama getirmeye mecbur bırakmakta.

Hepimiz Mevlanayı ve eserlerini duyduk ama genelde çoğumuz Mevlana adı altında satılan konya etli ekmeğini yediğimiz halde mesneviyi okuma olanağına ulaşmadık . Sebebi birincinin yani etli ekmeğin lezzetinin yanısıra çok yaygın olması ikinci yani kendi özgü kültürümüzün ürünü olan aslında birinciden çok daha lezzetli olan Mesnevinin yetkili devlet kurumlarınca ve medya tarafından insanlarımıza yaygın olarak ulaştırılamaması.

This is a Greek project that invites folk musicians from various parts of the world to perform.
All the polyphonic singers are from Albania (Epirus), some others are Greek immigrants that settled in the regions of Dropulli and Delvina during the times of Ali Pasha Tepelena and worked the lands of the Albanians lords of the time.
When they first arrived in Albania they would dress differently and sing in unison. But as years passed, they started adopting the local culture, as it usually happens all over the world.
They now sing in the Albanian/Doric mode and in semi-polyphonic. Full polyphonic singing of Albania is done in 4 parts (Marresi, Kthrysi, Hedhsi, and Mbajtsi). The Greek immigrants use 3 at most.

El Club Unesco de Bahlil (Fez) que lleva apenas un año de existencia bajo la presidencia de Maria Hasbi ha organizado del 1 al 3 de abril su primera semana cultural bajo el lema "La Paz y el Agua" aprovechando el año de la Expo Zaragoza . La inauguración de dichas jornadas ha contado con la presencia de Jose Antonio Mesa Basán- Secretario Gral. De la Comisión Española de Cooperación con la Unesco y de Juan Antonio Vera Casares --Vicepresidente 1º de la Federación Europea de Asociaciones, Clubes y Centros Unesco. Así como de Abdelkader Naimi --Secretario Gral. de la Federación Marroquí de Asociaciones y Clubes Unesco. Durante tres días se han desarrollado actividades tales como Conferencias, espectáculos musicales, teatro, exposiciones de pinturas y productos locales, recorridos por la villa de Bhalil , competiciones deportivas con gran participación todas ellas sobre todo de jóvenes. Dicho evento también ha sido aprovechado según las explicaciones de uno de los organizadores como es el incombustible Señor Achabi para presentar el proyecto de saneamiento de las aguas de Bhalil, al mezclarse las aguas residuales con la potable. El pueblo de Bhalil de unos 11.000 habitantes que en árabe significa "la belleza de la noche" (bahel el layl) está a unos 1200 metros sobre el nivel del mar y a media hora de Fez en coche, sorprende por sus peculiares paisajes de puentes y laberintos, sus cinco principales puertas que en tiempos pasados cerraban la ciudad y sobre todo por la singularidad de sus más de cuarenta casas -- cuevas. Bhalil tiene su propio cronista como es Baaoui El Houssine reclama para el pueblo un centro donde aprender español por su parte tiene publicaciones referentes a la historia de la región donde se hallan entre otras particularidades restos romanos poco conocidos. El Centro Unesco de Bhalil para la protección del Medio-Ambiente y el Desarrollo Humano es una realidad del Proyecto para la potenciación de la Red Civil de la Unesco en Marruecos que cuenta con el apoyo y financiación de la AECID -Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo -.
