Re: The significance of Laylatul Bara'ah - 115 sec
Are all of these reports true, you decide There is no saheeh marfoo' report that speaks of the virtue of the middle of Sha'baan that may be followed, not even in the chapters on al-Fadaa'il (chapters on virtues in books of hadeeth etc.). Some maqtoo' reports (reports whose isnaads do not go back further than the Taabi'een) have been narrated from some of the Taabi'een, and there are some ahaadeeth, the best of which are mawdoo' (fabricated) or da'eef jiddan (very weak). These reports became very well known in some countries which were overwhelmed by ignorance; these reports suggest that people's lifespans are written on that day or that it is decided on that day who is to die in the coming year. On this basis, it is not prescribed to spend this night in prayer or to fast on this day, or to single it out for certain acts of worship. One should not be deceived by the large numbers of ignorant people who do these things. And Allaah knows best. Shaykh Ibn Jibreen. If a person wants to pray qiyaam on this night as he does on other nights -- without doing anything extra or singling this night out for anything -- then that is OK. The same applies if he fasts the day of the fifteenth of Sha'baan because it happens to be one of the ayyaam al-beed, along with the fourteenth and thirteenth of the month, or because it happens to be a Monday or Thursday. If the fifteenth (of Sha'baan) coincides with a Monday or Thursday, there is nothing wrong with that (fasting on that day), so long as he is not seeking extra reward that has not been proven (in the saheeh texts). And Allaah knows best. Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid link to fatwa http://www.islamqa.com/en/ref/8907

Simply amazing. ...أتق الله في نفسك ...وأعلم أنك خلقت وحدك ...وتموت وحدك ...وتحشر وحدك وتحاسب وحدك Fear Allâh in regards to yourself, Know that you were created alone... ...And that you will die alone, Be resurrected alone.... .....And taken into account alone http://feesabeelillah.blogspot.com/

Warning Against bid'ah (innovation). Linguistically bid'ah (innovation) means 'a newly invented matter'. The Sharee'ah definition of bid'ah is: "A newly invented way [beliefs or action] in the religion, in imitation of the Sharee'ah (prescribed Law), by which nearness to Allaah is sought, [but] not being supported by any authentic proof - neither in its foundations, nor in the manner in which it is performed." Al-I'tisaam of ash-Shaatibee (1/37). The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said: "Every innovation is misguidance and going astray" Reported by Abu Daawood (no. 4607), at-Tirmidhee (no. 2676) and it is saheeh. Ibn Hajr authenticated it Takhreej Ahaadeeth Ibn ul-Haajib (1/137). And he (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) also said: "... and every innovation is misguidance and all misguidance is in the Hellfire." Reported by an-Nasaa'ee (1/224) from Jaabir bin Abdullaah and it is saheeh as declared by Shaikh ul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah in Majmoo' ul-Fataawaa (3/58). The Messenger (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) also warned against the People of Innovation, from befriending, supporting or taking from them saying: "Whoever innovates or accommodates an innovator then upon him is the curse of Allaah, His Angels and the whole of mankind." Reported by Bukhaaree (12/41) and Muslim (9/140) And in his footsteps, we find the Noble Companions and the Taabi'een after them warning from the danger of innovations upon the Ummah, its people and their unity, since it is innovations which have divided the Ummah and split it asunder. Ibn Abbaas (d. 68H) said: "Indeed the most detestable of things to Allaah are the innovations." Reported by al-Bayhaqee in as-Sunan al-Kubraa (4/316) Ibn Umar (d. 84H) said: "Every innovation is misguidance, even if the people see it as something good." Reported by Abu Shaamah (no. 39) Sufyaan ath-Thawree (d. 161H) said:"Innovation is more beloved to Iblees than sin, since a sin may be repented from but innovation is not repented from." Reported by al-Laalikaa'ee (no. 238) Al-Fudayl bin 'Iyaad (d. 187H) said: "I met the best of people, all of them people of the Sunnah and they used to forbid from accompanying the people of innovation." Reported by al-Laalikaa'ee (no.267) Al-Hasan al-Basree (d. 110H) said: "Do not sit with the people of innovation and desires, nor argue with them, nor listen to them." Reported by ad-Daarimee in his Sunan (1/121) Ibraaheem bin Maysarah (d.132H) said: "Whoever honours an innovator has aided in the destruction of Islam." Reported by al-Laalikaa'ee (1/139). Sufyaan ath-Thawree (d. 161H) said: "Whoever listens to an innovator has left the protection of Allaah and is entrusted with the innovation." Reported by Abu Nu'aym in al-Hilyah (7/26) and Ibn Battah (no.444). Imaam Maalik (d. 179H) said: "How evil are the people of innovation, we do no give them salaam." Reported by al-Baghawee in Sharh us-Sunnah (1/234). Read more at http://www.salafipublications.com/sps/ Article ID : BDH050003

The Essence of Security in America and in Saudi Arabia - 543 sec
The Mighty the Majestic says, And We have instructed those who were given the scripture before you and yourselves to have taqwaa (fear) of Allah. But if you disbelieve then to Allah belongs whatever is in the Heavens and whatever is on the Earth. And ever is Allah free of need and praiseworthy. Ch4:V131 It is also the advice of the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) to his nation: Abee Umaamah Suddee Ibn 'Ujlaan al-Baahilee (May Allah be Pleased with him) reports: I heard the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) giving a sermon in the farewell Hajj, saying, "Fear -your Lord, pray your five prayers, fast the month Of Ramadaan, pay your zakaah, and obey your leaders, in doing so, you will enter your Lord's Paradise." Reported by at-Tirmidhee The Pious Predecessors (salat) did not stop giving mutual advice for having taqwaa (fear) of Allah in their sermons, their corresponding letters and their testaments after the Messenger of Allah passed away. 'Umar Ibn al-Khattaab, radiyAllahu 'anhu, wrote to his son 'Abdullaah: "To proceed: Verily 1 advise you to have taqwaa (fear) of Allah the Mighty and Majestic, for whoever fears Him, Allah will protect him, and whoever gives a loan to Him, Allah will reward him, and whoever thanks Him, Allah will increase him." 'Alee, radiyAllahu 'anhu,, gave advice to a man, and he said: "I advise you to have taqwaa (fear) of Allah the Mighty, the Majestic. There is no escape in meeting Him and there is no other to meet you except Him when you reach the Hereafter, for verily Allah owns this world and the Hereafter." One of the righteous, wrote to his believing brother: "I advise you with taqwaa (fear) of Allah who knows your secrets and sees your open actions, so remember Allah at every time of the night and day, and fear Allah according to His nearness, and the power He has over you. And know that He always sees you. And do not leave His Rule for another rule, nor His Dominion, for another dominion, So glorify Him, by fearing Him immensely." The meaning of taqwaa is that the servant puts between himself and that which he fears, a guard that will protect him. The meaning of taqwaa regarding Allah's servants is "That the servant puts between him and that which he fears, i.e. gaining the anger and the wrath of his Lord, a guard which will protect him." By obeying Him and abstaining from disobeying Him. My noble brother, here are some sayings of our Pious Predecessors, in explaining the meaning of taqwaa (fear) of Allah: Ibn Abbaas, radiyAllahu 'anhu, said: "The ones who fear Allah, they are the ones who are wary of Allah and His Punishments." The taabi'ee Talq ibn Habeeb 5 said: "If an ordeal appears amongst you extinguish it with taqwaa. " When asked what is taqwaa, he replied, "Taqwaa (piety) is that you act in obedience to Allah, and hope in His mercy, upon a light from Him; and taqwaa is leaving acts of disobedience to Allah out of fear of Him, upon a light from Him."Related by Ibn Abee Shaybah in Kitaabul-Eei7iaa (No.99) and it was declared saheeh by Shakyh al-Albaanee Ibn Mas'ood, radi Allahu 'anh , said: "Speaking about the statement of Allah, the Most High, 0 you who believe, have taqwaa (fear) of Allah, as you should have of Him and do not die except as Muslims. Soorah Aal-'1mran (3): 102. is that Allah is meant to be obeyed, and not disobeyed; remembered at all times, and not forgotten; and to be thanked, and we are not to be ungrateful to Him." So strive 0 my noble brother, in fearing, Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, for He, glory be to Him, is entitled to he feared, revered and Glorified in your heart.

Learn all about Islam through Videos at http://video.biharanjuman.org/ and http://islam.biharanjuman.org/ / Virtues of reciting Surah Yaseen: Reading YaSeen for one who is dying: Imam Ahmad in his Musnad from Safwan: "My shaykhs told me that they were with Ghudayf ibn al-Haarith al-Thumaani when he was dying. He said: 'Can any of you read Yaa-Seen?' So Saalih ibn Shurayh al-Sakooni recited it, and when he reached the 40th aayah, Ghudayf passed away. My shaykhs used to say that when it is recited in the presence of one who is dying, it eases the pain of death." That was the opinion of Safwan. 'Eisa ibn al-Mu'tamir read it for Ibn Mab'ad (when he was dying). (al-Musnad, 16355( Al-Albaani said in Irwaa' al-Ghaleel, 3/152: "This is a saheeh sanad going back to Ghudayf ibn al-Haarith (R.A.). Its men are thiqaat apart from 'the shaykhs' who are not named and are therefore unknown (majhool). But the fact that they are unknown is compensated for by their large number, especially since they are of the generation of the Taabi'een..." Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen said in al-Sharh al-Mumti' fi Ahkaam al-Janaa'iz: "Soorat Yaa-Seen may be recited over him (i.e., the one who is dying) for the one who thinks that the hadeeth is correct." ... this is because this soorah contains good news of Paradise, as in the ayah: "It was said: 'Enter Paradise.'..." [Yaa-Seen 36:26], and because it makes the passage of the soul easier, and other reasons. Ibn Katheer's tafseer:: Al-Hafiz Abu Ya`la recorded that Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, said, "The Messenger of Allah said: (Whoever recites Ya Sin in the night, will wake up forgiven, and whoever recites Ha Mim in which Ad-Dukhan (the Smoke) is mentioned, will wake up forgiven.) Its chain of narration is good (Jayyid) . Ibn Hibban recorded in his Sahih that Jundub bin `Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, said, "The Messenger of Allah said: Whoever recites Ya Sin in the night, seeking the Face of Allah, will be forgiven.)
