"C'est la Vie" was Irish girl group B*Witched's debut single, which went on to achieve worldwide success. It reached number one on the UK Singles Chart in June 1998.
"Because We Want To" is an pop song performed by British singer Billie. It was released as a Billie's first single on June 29, 1998 and reached the top ten in Ireland and Sweden. In the UK, the song reached number one and Billie became the youngest artist to release a number one single in the country in over forty years.
"Freak Me" is a R&B ballad recorded by Atlanta, Georgia-based vocal quintet Silk in 1992. The song was covered by British boy band Another Level in 1998 This version reached number one on the UK Singles Chart.
"Gym and Tonic" is a single released by the band Spacedust. It was the smallest-selling UK No.1 of 1998, reaching just 109 in the year end chart. It kept "More Than A Woman" by 911 off the number one spot.
"To You I Belong" was the third single from Irish girl group B*Witched's eponymous album. It reached number 1 on the UK Singles Chart, as did their previous two singles.The single hit number one in the UK in the weeks leading up to Christmas. The song has a very 'Christmasy' feel to it and remained the band's only Christmas effort for a song.
