One of the sticky issues parents come back to involves their concerns with sugars and sweeteners. There are many myths and inaccuracies floating around about sweeteners, ranging from the caloric content of sweeteners to their possible role in the obesity epidemic in the United States.
Given concerns about portion sizes, the food pyramid, and sugars and sweeteners in our childrens diets, Dr. Rippe can help ease some of moms concerns and offer her advice on how to pack the perfect lunch box.

Dr. Rippe is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Medical School with post graduate training at Massachusetts General Hospital.
