This film, produced between 1950 and 1952, shows how the UNIVAC computer was used in business, defense and by the census. The film shows several of the important portions of the UNIVAC system at work, including the high-speed printer, the UNISERVO tape drive, the UNITYPER, card readers and the mercury delay line tanks that served as main memory. The programming process is fully discussed and a business problem is demonstrated. These films served a promotional film as well as a way to demystify computers to the average person.

This song was recorded with Joules Scott Key of Metric and Bang Lime on drums and J Mascis and Kevin Drew on guitar and vocals. The video happened last minute after a Dinosaur Jr show in Toronto where J, Lou, and Murph all came to the shoot to hang out. John Caffery from 'Kids on TV' was hired to come and dance his ASS off and a spontaneous party was put into effect.
There were seven mirrors, one disco ball, four lights, one bottle of rum, three bottles of tequila, 62 beers, four crew, and 17 people. It got put together on the day of the shoot and became the party of the year.
It cost three thousand dollars to make...
It was priceless.

Jo Koy began standup comedy in 1996 at a comedy club in Las Vegas. The bright lights of Las Vegas and the stage allowed Koy to see what his passion truly was... a love for comedy and the stage. Soon Koy moved from open mic night to becoming one of the most requested comedians at Catch a Rising Star, a signature show at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. Fans were impressed by the high energy and physical emotion Koy exuded to the stage. He was soon making everyone laugh. A talent coordinator from Los Angeles spotted Koy and landed him his first television appearance on the nationally syndicated show BET'S Comic View. Koy has earned the respect of a great comedian. Viewers have now laughed with Koy on two seasons of Comic View and Showtime at the Apollo. He is currently touring the college circuit as a featured comedian and performs in clubs across the country.
Koy has opened for headlining acts of Dave Chappelle (Chappelle Show), Mike Epps (Next Friday), and Snoop Doggy Dogg. The overseas American Troops in Japan, Korea and Okinawa had the opportunity to witness Koy's energetic and physical style of comedy during the USO Tour. It was an experience that the troops and Koy will never forget. Koy has enjoyed his years in stand-up comedy and looks forward to helping the world laugh.
