The rebirth of the American muscle car is about a lot more than retro. It's about pride. It's about recalling a time when Americans looked down the road to the future with confidence, and they wanted a great big V8 engine to get them there as soon as possible.
It's no wonder the 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt has our respect. It's the best version yet of the 2005 Ford Mustang, the car that set Detroit on fire again with enthusiasm for good old American muscle. Maybe the fuel-guzzling muscle car won't save Detroit from the challenge to build cars that people need, but it's surely restored the domestic car industry's confidence in its ability to do so. And it's shown that Americans can build cars that are utterly unlike anything you'll find in Stuttgart, Shanghai, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur or any of those other places that economists think they're so clever to know about.
Now that the 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 is here, Chrysler is cracking the seal on its own Mopar-branded can of muscle-car whoop-ass to show that it understands what's at stake in the muscle-car sweepstakes. The Bullitt and the Challenger are the two coolest cars in America, and it's only natural to bring them together.

Lower Body Muscle Building "144 Rep" Challenge
Perform each exercise in supersets with 1 minute breaks in between sets. Repeat the recommended sets and reps before moving to the next superset. For example, perform 1a, take a 1 minute break, then perform 1b. Repeat the recommended sets and reps before moving to 2a and 2b.
Lower Body Muscle Building "144 Rep" Challenge Exercise:
1a: Dumbbell Squat: 3 sets of 8
1b: Reverse Lunges - 3 sets of 8
2a: Dumbbell Step - 2 sets of 10
2b: One Leg Hip Bridge - 2 sets of 10
3a: Dumbbell Calf Raise - 2 sets of 12 (per side)
3b: Hip Thrust - 2 sets of 16
If you want a bigger challenge, combine the Upper Body and Lower Body Challenge into ONE BIG CHALLENGE!
Perform the Upper Body Challenge on Monday and Thursday

This video is in Edward and Jacobs point of view. The first half is Jacob speaking to Edward letting him know that he feels that he is a better choice for Bella, and the second half is Edward speaking to Jacob.

Extra Notes : We tried to mirror many things that happen in the book, from jacobs worry of edward turning bella to the constant rivalary between jacob and edward.
Here are a few areas we touched upon. We did not make this video in order of events from the book, we just tried to focus on the main dilemma between Jacob Edward and Bella.
00:12- When Jacob tells charlie about the motorcycle and bella gets in trouble.
00:28 - When Bella feels as though she might have more feelings for Jacob other then just being friends, and edward notices this.
00:39 - Before the battle with the new borns when Jacob serves Bella as a body heater and Edward is watching.
The love scenes in the video are mirroring the fact that Jacob can do things with Bella that Edward can't.
01:39 - Edward is remembering the pain he went through when he was away from bella. This is him letting Jacob know that he has also suffered.
1:47 is when Edward goes into Jacobs mind and Jacob allows him to see the state in which they found bella in when he left her.
1:55 - This is Edward thinking about when he will turn Bella, and Jacobs worry in not wanting to let it happen.
Other then that, the rest is self explanitory. Enjoy.
