Because of some strong points made by Brother, KhilafahM0vement, Insha-Allah, we're just going to change the 'title' to "Emir," as opposed to "Khalifa," because that is the more appropriate term for the situation. I will, Insha-Allah however keep the title of the video the same, simply because it seems to attract people's attention.

The women of the Muslim world suffer under the current political and social climate in the Muslim World. The common perception is that it is Islam and regressive attitudes to women that is the cause for this.
Dr Nazreen Nawaz will argue that in reality it is the absence of Islam that has created an appalling situation for women the world over. She will argue that it is only Islam, through the Khilafah, that can establish women as active citizens, whist retaining strong social family structures, and guaranteeing their safety and security. She will challenge the common argument that a return to Islam in society is synonymous with the 'Talibanisation' of society.
