Dago warten heute mit einem wunderbaren Song auf, der den Wahnsinn der Welt beschreibt: "Wenn es nicht Realität wäre, wäre es richtig komisch." Es ist aber real, deswegen hilft nur eins: Ironie. So heißt es auch das gute Stück. Dago machen schwer einzuordnende Musik. Auf ihrer Seite ist zu finden: "Es ist kein HipHop und kein Blues. Es ist auch kein Folk oder Rock! ... Dago (Kiel) und P-Noq (Hamburg) machen Musik! Die Texte möglichst direkt und einfach gehalten, der sound am besten dreckig und roh, so mögen sie es am liebsten. „Nicht ausm Kopp, Du musst es ausm Bauch raus lassen!"" Direkte, einfache, dreckige und rohe Songs - so mögen auch wir's am liebsten. Wer das auch so sieht, sollte hier mal vorbei schauen:

Dieser Text an der Seite ist wichtig, um den Song zu verstehen!!!
"Wie, jetzt echt?" "Nein, das is Ironie du Idiot!"
Ich habe dieses Lied (ursprünglich) für ein Jahrgangstreffen geschrieben, wo mein Jahrgang zusammen mit dem Jahrgang unter uns zusammen ein Fest gefeiert hat. Zielgruppe für diesen Song waren somit Leute meiner Generation, die ein bis zwei Jahre jünger sind als ich.
Die vielen Dinge, die ich in dem Song „Neidlos" aufzähle, gehören (natürlich) teilweise auch zu meinem Leben und ich bin kein Spießer, der sich von jedem Trend oder auch einfach jeder aktuellen Begebenheit fern hält. Der Witz in dem Lied ist die Darstellung von einigen ausgewählten und aktuellen Bedürfnissen und Lebensinhalten meiner Generation, verbunden mit dem Gedanken „Früher war alles besser..." und dem Großmutterspruch: „Als ich so alt war wie du mein Junge, da...."
Der Song ist mit einer gehörigen Portion Ironie zu verstehen. Und ich scheue mich nicht davor, mich auch selbst auf's Korn zu nehmen, denn natürlich weiß ich, dass die Zeit, in der wir Videos gesehen und Bilder eingeklebt haben, erst einige Monate zurück liegt und ich in dem Lied so tue, als ob das zig Jahre her wäre. Gerade ältere Zuhörer gaben mir daher auch das Feedback: "Bei uns gab es noch nicht mal Videos, noch nicht mal Internet! Und du willst als junger Knirps davon singen, wie es früher war? Ha!"
Da kann ich nur sagen: "Liebe betagte Zuhörerschaft, das ist ironisch zu verstehen. Es geht hier um einige bedeutsame (?) Veränderungen binnen kurzer Zeit innerhalb einer Generation. Das Lied zeigt auf, wie schnell Trends geboren werden und wie schnell sie wieder verfliegen. Wie schnell Stars nach den Sternen greifen, obwohl sie im nächsten Moment selbst gar keine mehr sind...
Manchen Zuhörern mag der Sinn des Liedes nicht ganz klar sein, daher habe ich oben diese kleine Einleitung verfasst, zu welchem Zweck ich den Song eigentlich geschrieben hatte. Daher erklärt sich auch die Textzeile „Als ich so alt war wie du, da warst du draußen und ich hier!" Das ist aber (leider) nur auf jenes Jahrgangstreffen zugeschnitten gewesen, für eine neue Aufnahme (CD) werde ich mir sicherlich noch einen anderen Schluss ausdenken, um das Lied für die allgemeine Hörerschaft zugänglich zu machen und klar zu stellen, dass ich auch Teil dieser StudiVZ-Generation bin und das Ganze nicht wirklich nur von außen belächle.
In diesem Sinne: Viel Freude beim Zuhören und bitte keine weiteren Emailanfragen, was denn "Shisha-Chillout-Räume" genau sind... Danke ^^ "

The Irony Of Fate (original title: Ирония судьбы, или С лёгким паром!, in transcription: Ironiya Sudby ili S Lyogkim Parom) is a Soviet comedy-drama directed by Eldar Ryazanov as a made-for-TV movie. The screenplay was written by Emil Braginsky and Ryazanov, loosely based on Ryazanov's 1971 play 'Once on New Year's Eve' (Russian: Однажды в новогоднюю ночь). The movie was filmed in 1975 at Mosfilm. Simultaneously a screwball comedy and a love story tinged with sadness, the film is traditionally broadcast in Russia and some other former Soviet republics every New Year's Eve. It is as fondly viewed every year as the American film "It's a Wonderful Life" is during the Christmas holidays.
This modestly budgeted, made-for-TV romantic comedy became one of the most popular films in the former Soviet Union and a staple of TV broadcasts on New Year's Eve. It's based on the premise that modern apartment complexes look so much alike that one cannot distinguish one city from another. On New Year's Eve, Muscovite Yevgeny Lukashin finally dares to make a marriage proposal to Galya. They plan to celebrate the New Year together quietly, but Lukashin's friends convince him that first he should attend their annual meeting at a bathhouse. The meeting quickly turns into an improvisational bachelor party for Yevgeny. Having consumed large amounts of alcohol, they cannot remember which one of them was supposed to fly to Leningrad to meet his wife. So they put the sleepy Lukashin on a plane. Upon his arrival in the Leningrad airport, Yevgeny gives the taxi driver his Moscow street address and the cab takes him to an apartment complex located on a street with the same name.
The building looks very much like his own, so Lukashin, still not quite sober, does not realize that he is in another city. He enters someone else's apartment because his key fits the door lock and he quickly falls asleep on a couch.

The singing voices of the characters were dubbed by the (now well-known) vocalists Sergey Nikitin and Alla Pugacheva.
