I found Most Mysterious characters. First up is that infamous paper cut-out Dooby Dummy. This guy is cheap on a lot of levels. He has some long distance attacks that quite a few of them are unblockable. After round 2 a shuttle bus gets added to the mix that is completely unblockable and does some major damage at the same time. Dooby even also has a bullet time like move that makes his target slow down on their attacks for a few moments so he can get even more attacks in.

And next on the hitlist is Dooby Dummy; yet another Most Mysterious character. This paper bastard has a long physical range, cheap projectiles, an annoying teleport attack and a time-slowing move with Matrix effects. Furthermore, in Round 2, an unblockable bus will occasionally pass by without warning, doing massive damage to you. With all of those combined with his dangerous AI, that makes him a cheap character. Well personally, the lower-tier of cheap.

It seems I am making tons of my team characters return to their Mugen series and considering how one member has been gone for over 40 videos it's safe that we all welcome Makoto Sawatari back. Second, I already defeated Dooby Dummy videos back but I forgot how cheesey this character was since I was using lots of projectiles back when I fought him. Ughhh, the frustration! Dooby Dummy will definately appear in my next Cheap Busters episode.
Hmmm, how to break down facts on Dooby Dummy by Most_Mysterious? Ah, first off his melee attacks don't even count as melee attacks as they have disjointed hitboxes, practically giving him infinite priority (hell, they can eat through most projectiles). Second of all he has very little recovery time in his attacks and spams his attacks continuously. Once he has you in a corner he'll combo you 'til you have been tooken out. Thirdly he has some pretty cheesey attacks like his Matrix Bullet Time Super (he slows down time while he has normal speed) and his Hyper Combo Super where he can continue comboing you even after the attack finishes. Lastly even if you defeat him he goes into this cheese mode of his where he attacks before the round starts and summons a speeding bus form out of the blue at any random time while his HP is lower than your's, being unblockable and doing massive damage. I also forgot to add his A.I. is pretty annoying as he abuses his evade attack where it stuns you for a good amount of time while inflicting damage, plus he is rendered invincible for a good amount of time.

| CBA Homer MUGEN# 29: Dooby Dummy (Most_Mysterious) - 268 sec
Homer Simpson takes on the insane paperguy, Dooby Dummy!
Boy, this fight was a total bitch, mostly becuase Dooby is hard to fight with someone like Homer.
He is on normal par with all Most_Mysterious's characters in the first round, but if he lose one round... he will go into a Cheapness x10 Mode.
This mode makes him even harder to fight, and why? Becuase he fights before the round starts, he gains even harder AI than before, he becomes slightly annoying, and worst of all, he gains a very nasty Special... a bus you will encounter if his health is lower than yours. Worst of all, that bus appears at random, making him even more frustating to fight!
How I beat his Cheapness x10 mode was a srategy to spam. I had to gain LVL 1 Energy, then throw a Hell Candy Bombto stun Dooby, then eat a burger until Homer reaches LVL 1 again, then 3-Hit Rushdown Dooby, then when he's down (it takes him a while to recover), throw another Candy Bomb, then repeat the process.
