All fiat currency in existence is based on how much is in circulation, it is master & we serve it- shouldn't that be the other way around??. The world bank & its banking system is the system that gives us the currency of perpetual debt - forever. 日本銀行は何でしょうか？ ただの役所もしくは悪の組織の本拠地？
日本銀行って他の欧米流の中央銀行と同様に特別な存在だ。建前の世界では日本銀行法に基づいて作られた半官半民な特殊組織だ。お金を自分達で作って、その量を経済規模に合わせて市場に出す。あまりたくさんのお金を作るとインフレが起きるしあまり絞ると経済が冷え込むという。この建前の話誰でもわかる。
しかし陰謀論の世界では日本銀行や他の中央銀行は世界の秘密政府の人間を家畜のように扱うための道具だという。
僕は２０年以上金融ジャーナリストの経験から総合すると真実はこの二つの定説の間にあるとおもう。
日本銀行の広報部に問い合わせると株の５５％は財務省（日本国家）のもので３９％は個人のものだという。残りの部分は金融機関や公共団体だという。個人投資家の名前を公表してない。「制度所個人が政策に影響を与えることがありえない」という。
以前日本銀行の元理事二人に日本の皇室が株を持っていると言われたことがあります。当然その個人の名前にロスチャイルドやロクフェラーがはいている事も推測できる。デヴィドロクフェラー本人が僕に日本の天皇系とロクフェラー系が依然から中よしたと言った。
私も１９８０年代ごろ日本銀行担当記者も経験をしている。基本的に日本銀行の役員が財務省どうよに東大法学部など卒業生が国家公務員の試験を経得て入る。日本銀行総裁は代わりばんこうで財務省の天下りか日本銀行の這いぬきで決まっている。そうして金融政策の大枠の決め方がいろいろな経済データに基づいて景気やインフレのバランスをみながらかじとる。
しかしその建前の裏はまた別です。アメリカと同じように大枠は基本的に透明だ。インフレが起きないようにお金の全体量を管理する。問題の作ったお金のばら撒き方だ。どうやってだれにそれを配るか？
それが陰謀論の基本だ。それを理解するために明治時代にさかのぼる必要がある。ペリー艦隊が来てからイギリスのロスチャイルド系が別の艦隊を送り込んで薩摩と長州を完敗させた。その後日本の天皇を暗殺しておおむらとらのすけという１６歳のボヤを天皇にした。 その後いろいろな専門家を派遣して日本銀行を通じて日本の発展のためのお金の投資方を決めた。そのごろ見事に日本を近代化させた。ロスチャイルド系はすでにヨーロッパの隠れの王室だった。彼らがヨーロッパ各地にいいところを持ち込んだ。海軍はイギリスから学んだ。陸軍がドイツから学んだ。各産業も同じように欧米各地から一番いいやり方を入れた。けっけとして日本が奇跡的に発展をして、のち日露戦争で勝利をした。
今度第二次世界大戦の時軍事政権がアジアを支配するために日本銀行を乗っ取った。軍の司令部の命令に従って大蔵省が日本銀行にお金の配り方を決めさせた。今でも神田などの古本屋さんで買える戦時中の国債を買うことができる。国債の上に戦車や戦艦の絵が描いている。日本のお金はやっぱり全部軍にそそがれた。
戦後は大蔵省（現在財務省）が通産省の支持の元で日本銀行が作ったお金のばら撒き方を決めた。いろいろな銀行が専門分野を持っていた。たとえば日本興行銀行が大手製造業にお金を貸すのは専門だった。日本は資本主義の顔をした社会主義経済だった。役所が決めた５年計画の中でお金が各業種に銀行を通じてばらまかれた。これが日本戦後の見事な経済発展の秘密だった。
影ではロクフェラー系がロスチャイルド系に代わって日本の裏のドンだった。かれらが外交さえ米国追従型なら基本的に介入しなかった。
次の大きいなぶんぎてんは１９８０年代だった。その時日本が脅威だった。大量の貿易黒字で日本がアメリカを乗っ取るのではないかということがおそられた。貿易黒字を下げるためにあの手この手を使ったけれどもうまくいかなかった。日本人の勤勉さときよさにアメリカが負けた。
そこでプラザ合意ができた。日本の売国奴の宮沢喜一をはじめに当時の政府の幹部たちが急激な円高を容認した。日本の強みの製造業がやむをえなくアジアに進出した。同時に超低金利でバブルが発生した。
じつはバブルというのは昔からのロスチャイルド系やロクフェラー系の上等手段だった。相手を大量のお金でよっぱらして踊らしてそうしてバブルをはじけるときに潰す。日本が見事にこの罠にはまった。勿論バブルがはじけた時に日本銀行が２－３年でその問題を整理する能力があったし日本国家がそれに耐える体力があった。しかし日本の政界が自分たちの汚いやくざぐるみの裏騒ぎを隠すためにその問題の整理をずっと後回しにした。おそらくうらでロクフェラー系の影響もあっただろう。
結果てきに水面下で問題がどんどん大きくなった。そうして１９９７年のアジア危機が始まった。そのきかけが北海道拓殖銀行の破産だった。ロスチャイルド系などが作ったＢＩＳのルールに従うためにすべての日本の銀行が急にアジアからお金を引き上げるようになった。ロスチャイルド系の息のかかったジオルジソロスなどがすぐ乗っ取りに来てアジア各国の金融業が乗っ取られた。この罠を見抜いたのはマラジアのみだった。
日本の金融業の砦でも落城が始まった。北海道拓殖の次は日本長期信用銀行。ロクフェラー系などが１０億円で買ったときにデヴィドロクフェラー本人が勝利を味わうために来日した。その後税金を払わずに１兆円で株を売りながら影で支配権を持ったまま。
日本の金融界の乗っ取りの本番は小泉竹中の売国奴政権の時だった。彼らが歴史に残る裏切り者として見られるのは間違えない。小泉は日本初のやくざ総理でブッシュ一族とお父さんの代から中よくしている。竹中平蔵はデヴィドロクフェラーの右腕のヘンリキシンジャーの弟子で日本経済を売り渡すために育てられたとしか思えないような行動をとった。
彼らはまず年金のルールを変えて日本企業の総合持合いを解消させた。そうして次に竹中が「銀行が大きいからつぶせれないことはない発言をした」その後みんなが日本の民間銀行が全て国有化にされて株が紙クズになると思った。銀行株がもちろん下落した。その時にやっぱりロクフェラー、ロスチャイルドの息のかかった外資がどんどん買った。そうして案の手竹中が株資本を守りながらどんどん日本人の血税を銀行につぎ込んだ。
その次に小泉が米国のお金や広報会社を使って、９１１詐欺選挙をやった。いかに民営化賛成か反対＝改革賛成か反対に見せかけて日本人のテレビしか見ない一般市民を見事にだました。
現在日本の民間金融の株主を見ると必ず支配権のある３割以上が外資のものだ。しかもその外資がほとんどロクフェラー系、ロスチャイルド系の息のかかったものばかりだ。日本乗っ取りが一段深刻になった。
次の段階はやっぱり日本の銀行からお金をゼロ金利で借りて、日本人のお金と使って日本の強みの製造業を乗っ取ることをたくらんでいる。
しかし、日本が絶滅な状況になりそうな時にようやく日本の政治家、右翼、左翼などのインテリ層がようやく危機感を抱いた。今経済産業省などが日本経済防衛の最前線に立っている。悪質なお金をぶん取りたいだけを目的としたはげ鷹が追い払われている。韓国の政府もようやく反撃を始めた。
そうして、日本政府やアジアの国々が英米の秘密結社の砦：ドルとパウンドを攻撃し始めた。
しかも、イギリスやアメリカ国民が９１１テロが政府の自作自演だと気づいて、反乱を始めた。欧米の国民が３００年ブリにお金と情報の闇の支配から間もなく解放されることになる。
中国の政府も賢くて悪質な外資金融の古くから使われているバブルの罠にはまるつもりはない。
結論として、日本銀行そのもの中立的な機関であってもその裏にある民間金融をよく監視しないと大変恐ろしい人類を家畜にしたい勢力がチャンスを待って動き出す。今回アジアの力のおかげでうまくいけば人類が永遠にこの恐怖から解放されることになる。
