While protecting children is a must, the current system in place allows for major abuse of power as each child removed from the home means a money rewards for the CPS office to the tune of thousands of dollars per kid. Every once and awhile a child who needs to be saved from harm actually is helped, but more often than not, children who are not abused or neglected get targeted and taken to meet state quotas for the federal funds. Mainstream media looks the other way because these agencies would accuse them of not supporting child welfare, while corrupt CPS caseworkers (not the good ones, the bad ones, as there are good workers out there) but the corrupt ones tear good, loving families apart and get away with it. Kudos to the local station who put this out for public broadcast!

I related I didn't ,he yelled quiet,I told him it didn't happen,he was abusing his rights and mine. He had her come in ,,She confirmed receiving it outside , he said he thought it was inside.. I related he had retaliated whereas the flier was about him . He placed me in contempt$500.--, I then said shame on him , he ordered me to 24 hrs in ACI , Correctional Institute. Later he offered if I apologized I could go home. I said never happen he was the one in the wrong not me. In jail there were rats,roaches,unknown rashes and staph infections mercer. This is judicial misconduct, abuse of power and yes retaliation ! This was a civil case I was a witness never allowed to speak which was my right for I was a party to the case even though the judge repeatedly stated I wasn't. Later he signed a warrant for my arrest , seizing all cameras ,camcorders,computers,vcr's,tvs ,antenna,320 tv show tapes we are producers,and other tapes, all electronics so as I could not upload videos I had on corruption of the town and police , Hopkinton, RI . Landlord R Manfredi SR of Westerly his son Christian went into my basement , Loren Gingerella Bldg inspector and cop Whewell to inspect court ordered repairs owner had to make , police were court ordered to stay with owner whereas he had assaulted me and I had a no trespass order on him.Richie & Loren stated she has fucking cameras and recorders down here and they would talk outside. son pointed to cam out in open. Loren gave hi sign to cop to leave & son left. Loren & Richie stayed & cut camera wires, screen went black I made out a complaint . He demanded I give him the master Tape I refused . He got ok for me to drop it off later after I made a copy,I did. Chief Scuncio ,owner,cops,Loren,attys everyone knew A/V cam was there ,plus there were disclaimer signs up advising them I told them house live,they were on cam also hand held camcorder followed them. UPDATE: In this tape I inform the police that my court transcripts were altered under Judge Sheffield. Judge Sheffield has now admitted altering my court transcripts. The court house staff also erased the comments from the official court house tape. Of course no charges are pending. Cops search threw house looking for a 14 year old who was wrongly removed from his home. Cop says it's OK for them to lie. Mom was just about to sue a Kingston city police officer. Mom finds out she lost in court because her lawyers father was an inspector on the force she was about to sue. Don'r conflict of interest account for anything anymore.

That doesn't show much respect for free speech, does it? That's not scientifically objective, is it? Do you really think the "debate on global warming is over"? Don't you think that it was quite fascist and unscientific for Al Gore to say that? That kind of attitude hardly supports good science, nor does it support the facts. Sure in some respects there may be global warming, however if you are a real scientist you should know that over all the earth is also cooling at the same time. Do you really think Al Gore is an expert on climatology? Don't you think it's unfairly political and unscientific for him to say the debate is over? I think he is a fraud and a shill that is using climatology as a means for his political and financial gain. I don't trust self-proclaimed experts, especially when they don't make sense or have any experience in the field let alone educational expertise in that field. Al Gore is a rich snobbish elitist politician, journalist and lawyer not a climatologist. Don't you think it's quite fascist for a politician with no significant scientific expertise or experience to tell legitimate experienced well educated scientists and the general public that "the debate is over"? Despite the fact that many real scientists disagree with Al Gore and that many facts disprove many of Al Gores global warming claims. The so-called "global warming" hysteria is just a stereotype and only considers the surface temperatures. The earth on the whole is cooling. It is just a question of time before it is a cold planet without an atmosphere. The hysteria is that we must jump to conclusions and take extreme actions now. However I think we should study climatology more, because the science is just in its infancy. The rash decision to take action now could be counterproductive, contrary to common belief. The Liberal global warming Fascist make a big deal that public opinion seems to be in their favor. However since they are often funded by the likes of George Soros that has a history of insider trading and experience working with Nazis, it should raise an eyebrow. So were no longer using logic, experiments to test and challenge scientific theory. So we no longer allow debate? So much for the rumors of liberals being for free speech. Perhaps the reason that so much opinion agrees with the global warming scam. It is because of their lies. Many of the fascist liberals claim that right now is the fastest that global warming has ever happened in history. Yet some scientists claim the surface temperatures are actually dropping. If you look at the facts, there have been periods of global warming that has been faster in the past, such as after an impact event. There is a sudden and sharp rise in global warming temperature and emissions of greenhouse gases, which is followed by severe oscillations. Another problem with the global warming hysteria and Al Gore's junk science. It is that they cherry pick their information, which is unscientific. They often use "sampling", which is very unscientific. They use a scale of decades long which is "sampling" (not scientifically objective) Another example is liberal global warming fascists claim that right now we are releasing more greenhouse gases then ever in history. However if you look at the real facts the Chicxulub impact event is estimated to have suddenly released over a hundred years of greenhouse gases at the rate we are currently emitting greenhouse gases. The reason there isn't much dissenting views on global warming is scientists and advocates are intimidated by the fascist global warming liberals. UPDATE: The only way to fix a corrupt profile is to delete and recover you're gamertag, but do NOT Delete if you do not remember the email to you're account's password. And ALSO!! DO NOT CHANGE YOU'RE GAMERTAG when you have a corrupt profile. I made the wrong decision and tried it, and ended up losing yet another 800 Microsoft Points, and my Sketch123 account. When I changed my Gamertag and signed out and back in it said my account could not be retrieved it was being used on another console. Some Information Explaining what a corrupt profle is, what it does, and how to "POSSIBLY" fix it. : It's pretty much like Xbox not being able to validate your account information, "Saved Games" "Achievements" "Future Achievements" Anything else saved. I lost all my 1000 achievements, and my Halo 3 Armors; I had them all. Anyways either deleting then recovering your profile, or removing your Xbox 360 HDD might help fix it, if that doesn't work then im out of ideas, call Microsoft. Hopefully that helped. My Corrupt profile on xbox live.....I woke up and literally this was all I saw... No gamerscore, no achievements, my friends list remained in tact. I cannot download off xbox marketplace, I PURCHASED 1400 Points and I tried to download the new Halo 3 map pack but it didn't work......
