Jótékonysági pénzlapátolás
Március kilencedikén lezárult a Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálat „Aprókból épül" elnevezésű akciója, amelynek során 1 és 2 forintos érméket gyűjtöttek a WestEnd City Centerben elhelyezett Magyarország alakú makettbe négy héten át. A szeretetszolgálat az ország 350 pontján alakított ki gyűjtőhelyeket, ahonnan folyamatosan szállították az akció helyszínére a kivonásra kerülő érméket.
Számos cég, egyetem és civil szervezet is csatlakozott a szeretetszolgálat felhívásához.
Így tettek a Csángó Népfőiskola hallgatói is, akik nem csak összegyűjtötték és elhozták a saját és ismerőseik több tíz kilót nyomó apróit, hanem az akció zárónapján tevékenyen kivették részüket a több tonna érme fellapátolásából és kamionra pakolásából. Több csángó falut képviseltek a hallgatók: Nagypatak, Diószén, Forrófalva, Külső Rekecsény, Frumósza, Magyarfalu és Pusztina szülöttei.
Mivel nemes célt szolgáltak az önkéntesek a munkájukkal, és tudva, hogy oda fog kerülni a segítség, ahol arra igazán nagy szükség van, könnyen ment a munka. A jó hangulatot meghívott előadóművész fokozta, az énekszó mellett alig lehetett érezni a zsákok súlyát.
Az apróval megrakott kamionok végállomása a Magyar Nemzeti Bank volt, ahol megszámolták az adományt, majd átutalták a gyűjtött összeget a Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálat bankszámlájára.
Összesen 6.246.242 forint gyűlt össze az „Aprókból épül" akció során.
A Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálat ezúton is hálásan köszöni valamennyi jólelkű adományozónak a segítséget, és a csángó csapatnak, hogy munkájukkal hozzájárultak az akció sikeres lezárásához.
A segítők: Cochior Maricica, Cochior Adrian, Patrascu Cristinel, Compot Iulian, Facsoros Krisztián, Varga Raul, Timpu Stelian, Timpu Krisztián és Bogdán Tibor
