The ABB Powerwall is a collaborative interface for industrial environments, consisting of a large, interactive, and collaborative display. On-site service technicians can seamlessly move information back and forth from their personal mobile support systems to the ABB Powerwall. The system supports various kinds of collaborative work, including making annotations, browsing for information, and visualizing blueprints and three-dimensional representations of products or torrents.
For the service technicians, the ABB Powerwall provides an unobtrusive way of sharing information, discussing problems and issues with others in front of a large collaborative screen, and the chance of socializing and learning from each other. Located strategically in the factory environment, the ABB Powerwall becomes a natural gathering point and increases interaction between different categories of workers.

Dit weekend reed de dierenambulance Sliedrecht niet en men belde voor een egel, die in een gemaal was gevallen. We zijn maar gaan kijken of er
wat aan te doen was. Bij aankomst op Abbekesdoel in Bleskensgraaf zagen we Kelly Kortleve met haar zus, die de egel vonden na zijn val in het (nu
openstaande) gemaal. Normaal is dit gemaal dicht, mar ze zijn aan het verbouwen en nu is het een soort valkuil geworden voor de egel. Op de foto's en video
kun je zien, dat de natte egel er nooit uitgekomen kon zijn. We hebben heel even overwogen om er in te klimmen, maar waarom zou je in een glibberig gemaal
klimmen met water aan het einde van een "glijbaan" ? Met wat snelle afleidingsbewegingen konden we de natte egel uit zijn benarde positie scheppen en
verder onderzoeken. Hij zat vol met teken en was verder behoorlijk onderkoeld geraakt na zijn verblijf in het gemaal. We hebben hem in een warme droge
handdoek gewikkeld en in onze warme auto gedaan (airco is kapot :-) en hem lekker laten opwarmen. Wat opviel bij aankomst bij Else Arendse in Rotterdam
was de levendigheid van de nu warme en droge egel. Gelukkig voor de egel (niet ons) was het een warme dag in juni. We mogen hem weer terugzetten als hij
helemaal opgeknapt is na de behandeling bij Else Arendse van de Egelopvang van Vogelklas Karel Schot. We hopen er het beste van. Heel erg bedankt voor de
hulp bij deze egel, Kelly en zus ! Update: Else van de Egelopvang 22-06-2008 "De egel die vrijdag 20-6-08 bij het gemaal is gevonden, had die ook in het water
gelegen? Hij had prut in de longen, ik schrok toen ik hem onderzocht en met de stethoscoop naar zijn longen luisterde! Hij kreeg meteen penicilline en hij was
enorm uitgedroogd. Met infuus is hij weer een beetje bijgekomen, maar hij kan voorlopig niet weg. Eerst 10 dagen Penicilline kuur afmaken en dan zien we wel
verder. Er lag tot op heden nog geen mest in het hok dus kan ik nog niet nakijken of hij wellicht ook inwendige parasieten heeft.Ook ligt hij er nog niet lekker
bij, half opgerold en normaal is dat ze rechtop zitten.Dus, nog werk aan de winkel!"
