| Fan noise on Macbook pro 2,6ghz july 2008 - 41 sec
My right fan is out of balance or something...the noise got worse after two days. The fan is running on 2000 rpm. When it stops, it sounds like it grinds to a hold. This laptop costs me 2600 euros fcol! I think apple really needs to improve there screening before using products in their machines. So many problems causes people to question mac's.
I ordered a new fan to install myself, because of all the stories of laptops returned with noise. I bought mine on powerbookmedic. I was hoping that the new generation of macbooks where flawless...guess not.
ps. my laptop is on an external display, its not faulty (yet?)
