This video has two versions of the song "im nin`aloo" (the Hebrew phrase אם ננעלו means "if they are locked") being sung by the Yemeni-Israeli singer Ofra Haza. The song is based on a poem by the 17th century Jewish mystic from Yemen, Saalim al-Shabazee. The opening line of both the song and the poem is:
אם ננעלו דלתי נדיבים דלתי מרום לא ננעלו
"If the doors of the prosperous are locked, the doors of heaven are not locked."
In short, one should not worry about material gain in this world, and instead look forward to the world to come. The rest of the poem and the song encourages people to keep their mind on the name of God, and Ofrah Hazah puts special emphasis on noting that God lives (אל חי).
The first two minutes of the video have Ofrah Hazah singing the song on Israeli television in the 70s. The rest of the video is of her pop-music remake from the late 80s which was popular in Europe and North America (the chorus even appeared on popular American songs like "Paid in Full" by Eric B. & Rakim, "Paper'd Up" by Snoop Dogg, and "H to the Homo" by Nas, though I wonder how aware those rappers were of the song's origins or meaning).
