В этом деле шокирует многое: возраст подсудимых, жестокость, ведь случайные жертвы получали десятки ударов ножами, желание подростков прославиться, потому что видео с убийствами они выкладывали в Интернете.О начале скандального процесса — корреспондент НТВ Анастасия Литвинова.18 лет нет только одному подсудимому, но нельзя показывать лица всех девяти. Дело в том, что когда они совершали преступление, несовершеннолетними были все. И теперь процесс будет проходить в закрытом режиме, в зал не пустили даже родителей.Также сегодня стало известно, что это дело рассмотрят присяжные. Так захотела единственная девушка среди обвиняемых.Анна Усачева, руководитель пресс-службы Мосгорсуда: «Согласно действующему законодательству, если хотя бы один из подсудимых просит о рассмотрении его уголовного дела с участием суда присяжных, то соответствующая форма судопроизводства должна быть назначена».По закону, лица скинхедов показывать нельзя, но сами они никогда не стеснялись публичности. Все свои преступления снимали на видео и сразу выкладывали в Интернет. Эти видеодоказательства и стали основой уголовного дела. Их обвиняют в 20 жестоких убийствах и в 12 нападениях.Жертвами становились случайные прохожие с неславянской внешностью. Организаторами этой подростковой банды называют Павла Скачевского (студента института физкультуры) и Артура Рыно, который приехал в Москву из Екатеринбурга и учился на художника-иконописца.Свое первое преступление он совершил летом 2006 года, а задержали Артура Рыно милиционеры только осенью 2007 года случайно, на улице. Его одежда была в крови, он сразу признался в 37 убийствах, но потом от всех показаний отказался. Сейчас опять признает себя виновным, а его адвокат думает, как выстраивать линию защиты для такого подзащитного.Юрий Ефименков, адвокат Артура Рыно: «Надо будет по каждым эпизодам разбираться и смотреть, чья была идея, почему они именно в этот день решили? Ведь у них не было никакого определенного плана, списков фамилий. Они просто выезжали, к сожалению, конечно, страшные вещи. Мог встретиться любой нерусской национальности».«Убийство», «Покушение на убийство», «Разжигание межнациональной розни» — по этим статьям будет предъявлено обвинение. Каким будет наказание, конечно, неизвестно, но так как все подсудимые были несовершеннолетними, то срок не будет больше десяти лет
