MARCO DEMARK ft CASEY BARNES Tiny Dancer VIDEO - 140 sec
TINY DANCER (ELTON JOHN COVER) MARCO DEMARK ft CASEY BARNES Video by Therapy Films © 2008 Beat Blue Records UK. The sound & images in this video are property of All Around The World © 2008. All Rights Reserved. Website: http://www.aatw.com Italian DJ/Producer MARCO DEMARK began spinning his favourite tracks at just 12 years old and made his first club appearance in Italian clubs at the age of 15. Demark's first studio outing was a track called "You Got To Know". Produced with Mark Munro, it appeared alongside DJ Craig Obey's first production, "Feel The Vibe", on limited edition 12" vinyl. In 2002, Demark produced three tracks with Italian DJ, Blade from Jestofunk. "Palace City", "Spanish Lab" and "So Good" were all released through Blade's own label Cavernjatt. In 2004, Demark produced a compilation album entitled 'Ghetto Paradise' with Blade and Mark Munro - the compilation's name inspired by his now homebase on the Gold Coast. 'Ghetto Paradise' sold over 10,000 copies worldwide and featured "Seven Mile", a track written and produced by Demark, Mark Munro and keyboard player Dan Gulson under the name of Grooveyard. After spending time in the studio producing a batch of new material, an association with NEW YORK DJ, Carl Kennedy led to Demark signing his production of "Tiny Dancer" to Carl's own label, Wasted Youth. The remake of one of Elton John's most famous songs has proved to be a dance floor winner and is already getting a great response from some of Australia's leading DJs including Craig Obey and The Stafford Brothers and naturally, Carl himself. The promo of "Tiny Dancer" is about to come out for the European summer with remixes from Craig Obey and one of Italy's top producers, Andy F. Now with over 15 years experience as a DJ, Demark's sets now reflect how important his music is to him, blending powerful House and Electro grooves with a dash of upfront Italian attitude, the best is yet to come from this rising producer. Singer CASEY BARNES may well be Australia's best-kept musical secret. The Gold Coast singer-songwriter finished an amazing year in which he opened an outdoor concert for visiting Canadian rocker Bryan Adams and showcased his radio-friendly rock style alongside well-known Australian acts such as Eskimo Joe, The Whitlams, Jack Jones and Diesel. Barnes has just released his third album on which he delivers what's best described as incredibly passionate music. It's honest, easy to digest and boasts many memorable moments. The acoustic stunner, "Princess" and the single-worthy cuts "Coming Back To You" and "All Falls Down" are just three that stand out. Fans of Rob Thomas, John Mayer and Matchbox 20 will love Casey's new album, which has just been released through i-Tunes - he's a name to watch. Having recently returned from a successful five week promotional tour of the U.S. and Europe, there is seemingly no environment that Casey cannot adapt to. This is further emphasised with Casey lending his vocal talents to DJ/Producer Marco Demark's breaking track "Tiny Dancer", the Elton John classic. "Tiny Dancer" has now been licensed around the world and is gathering momentum with remixes by The Camel Rider, Deadmau5, John Dahlback and Moto Blanco. It has also been added to the daytime play lists of the biggest and most influential radio stations in the UK; Radio 1, Kiss FM, Capital and Galaxy. This radio play with dance floor support from some of the biggest international DJs; Tiesto, Eric Morillo, Paul Van Dyke, Armin Van Buuren and naturally Pete Tong and Carl Kennedy, have set up "Tiny Dancer" to cross-over to commercial hit status and potentially be one of the biggest tracks of 2008.

Filo & Peri 'ANTHEM' ft. Eric Lumiere (Official Videoclip) - 201 sec
Filo and Peri are two of the hottest up and coming producer and dj talents in the biz. 'Anthem', the new single by Filo & Milo is a wonderful combination of smashing beats and very emotional lyrics and melody. This is an anthem for the girl that got away This is an anthem for the world of yesterday This is an anthem for the rebel of my youth This is an anthem for the risk of loving you... Enjoy the video, and this interview by EventVibe with the talented duo. Eventvibe founder, Tim Ortiz, was able to spend time with Dominic Filopei (Filo) & Bo Pericic (Peri) during a recent tour to promote their latest CD, "Crowd Control." Tim: Where are you both from in New York? Filo: I was born and raised in the Bronx. Peri: I'm from Westchester, NY and our studio is in the Bronx. Tim: How long have you been in the business? Filo: I've been involved with music since I was 5 years old, but I've really only been in the business about four years. Peri: We've been in the business for almost 4 years now, but I have been working on music for as long as I can remember. Tim: How did you get in the business? Filo: We officially got in the business when Armin Van Buuren signed our first record in 2003. Peri: Yeah - we got the call on July 17th, 2003 and Armin wanted to sign our record 'Elevation'! It's an easy date to remember because it happened to be on my 18th birthday - what a great present! Tim: Bo, has your age ever gotten in the way of your goals as a producer/dj? Filo: Not really. It's a little harder to have people take you seriously when you're young, but I don't mind earning respect. I would say that being a producer/dj has made me grow up quicker because of all the things we've had to deal with in this business. Tim: Dom, a couple of your tracks have been picked up by Paul Van Dyk's label, Vandit. Tell us about this please. Peri: We've been very fortunate to continuously have our work recognized by the top names in the scene. Last year Paul Van Dyk picked up a tune we made with California based rock band Fisher called 'Ordinary Moment'. The record was really successful for Vandit and they asked us for more. Our latest production 'Anthem' is a collaboration with New York based rock singer and good friend Eric Lumiere. It's catching a lot of buzz and people are already singing it at all our shows - we're really excited about that! Just last week at the Winter Music conference Paul van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren, and Ferry Corsten all dropped it. Tim: When you are doing studio work, please explain the creative process and who tends to get involved more, in what areas. Filo: We are involved in all the areas equally. The case with many duos is that one acts mainly as the producer while the other is more of a DJ. In our case everything is split equally and it really helps us move forward quicker. Sometimes one of us will put in more work on a certain track but at the end, everything we do is 50/50. The creative process is pretty spontaneous and since we have two systems at our studio, we bang out ideas pretty quickly. It's almost like an assembly line sometimes - while one of us is finishing the new track, the other is coming up with ideas for the next! Tim: Where does your musical influence and inspiration come from? Filo: My inspiration comes from the rock legends and their ability to be at the front of the masses and have such a musical and cultural influence. As a DJ, I'm starting do the same thing and I have not had a more gratifying experience than that. Peri: My dad has always been into electronic music and I grew up listening to electronic music pioneers such as Jean Michelle Jarre, Kraftwerk, etc. That really made an impact on me! I have an extremely close family and my parents are a continuous source of inspiration. The opportunities I've been presented throughout my entire life is a direct result of their hard work, and that inspires me to work hard every day. It's hard not to be inspired when such an amazing family, girlfriend, and music partner/best friend (Domenick) surrounds me. Tim: What should we expect from Filo and Peri in the next year? Filo: You can expect Filo and Peri in a city near you! Peri: An artist album later this year and some exciting gigs! We're also starting to work with Paul Van Dyk and Vandit much more closely. Paul van Dyk LET GO ft. Rea Garvey NEW VIDEO HQ - 220 sec
Great new video from this amazing DJ & producer. Paul van Dyk's hugely successful career matches any of dance music's biggest stars, enjoying consistent album-sales in numerous territories, while the queues outside any event bearing his name tell their own story. His new single, 'Let Go' is a classic slab of pure Paul van Dyk and a favourite from his club sets (the reaction to the live version at SW4 will no doubt stick in the mind for some time). Vocals come from Rea Garvey of German guitar heroes, Reamonn. TRL sensation Shane Drake has been brought on board to direct the video that was shot in downtown Los Angeles. Drake has quickly become Hollywood's leading music video director for his outstanding work on such videos as Timbaland's 'The Way I Are', Paramore's 'Crushcrushcrush' and Panic! At the Disco's 'I Write Sins and Tragedies' for which he won the 2006 MTV Video Music Award for Best Director. Let Go' is the new single from Paul van Dyk's recent album, 'In Between'. 'No.1 on the iTunes Dance album chart, it was heralded by the dance and mainstream press, and is van Dyk's fifth artist long-player, and further cemented 2007 as another fantastic year for the Grammy nominee.

For Real - The Roots of Hiphop - 105 sec
The most common theory is that the roots of hip hop can be found in 1970s block parties in New York City: rapping, scratching, graffiti, and breakdancing. But recently a new study by Scandinavian anthropologists shows that the real origins of hiphop may as well come from JiJi-Tan, Mongolia. Watch this hilarious Nokia commercial by Eight partnership. Christmas, A Time To Be Gorgeous (Boots Girls) - 99 sec
It Is The Season To Be Gorgeous, Here Come The Girls *** BOOTS CHRISTMAS COMMERCIAL *** In an office the women are watching out for the boss as the covertly start applying their make up and making themselves beautiful for the office Christmas party, while their beauty routine slowly takes over the conference rooms and toilets the men are waiting alone in the party room eating the cocktail sausages. With all the women ready for the party season they leave the office looking gorgeous. Boots commercial by Traktor Agency: Mother, London Production Company: Partizan, London Traktor, the directing collective that puts the party in Partizan, needs little introduction. Twice crowned the most award-winning directors in the world (by both Boards magazine and the Gunn Report), *Emmy winners for FedEx "Stick" and two-time winners of the Cannes Grand Prix, they are best known for their funny, and sometimes freaky work for Fox Sports, Miller Lite, MTV, Adidas, Reebok and Nike. They have also directed videos for Fatboy Slim, Basement Jaxx, Madonna and The Prodigy. *** TRAKTOR BIO *** This filmmaking collective operates exclusively under the name Traktor and takes shared credit for their activities, which include writing, directing, and producing. Best known for their commercials and music videos, Traktor has brought their idiosyncratic sensibilities to numerous commercials since meeting at film school in 1990. In terms of commercials they are best known for their Miller Lite, Diesel Jeans, Levis, Fox sports, MTV, Adidas, Reebok, Lynx, Tango and recently their Nike "Chairs" spot which won a Gold at Cannes in 2004. In previous years they have been labelled the most award-winning directors in the world (According to both the Boards Magazine and Gunn Report ranking). Their laudits include several Clios and at the Cannes Advertising Festival they have won the Grand Prix twice and numerous Gold Lions. Their music videos include Fatboy Slim, Basement Jaxx, The Prodigy and Madonna and with these they have won a large number of awards in the UK and the US. All Traktor projects are a collaborative effort. The majority of projects are directed in pairs with one Director taking the overall lead (sometimes on his own on the shoot). Effortless and ongoing creative support, discussion, and feedback among all members of the collective are important factors in the process, though it is very much one voice on the set. This collaborative style provides an excellent quality check for each project and provides them with an excuse to sit together for extended periods of time in nothing but their underwear. If that. The entire collective strives for the best possible finished project, as all of their names will be associated with it as one -- Traktor.

Your Face Will Stay Like That Forever! (MTV Truth) - 31 sec
If you cross your eyes, or scrunch your face, will they stay like that forever? At a certain age, crossing your eyes - or parting your lips wide as possible in all directions with your fingers, or pulling your nostrils back so you looked like a pig, or countless other creative variations of the face is great fun ; sure to entertain friends, siblings and strangers in passing cars as much as it entertained you ... That is, until mom or another "responsible" adult noticed the facial acrobatics and issued the warning that always turned the laughter to terror: "If you keep doing that, your face is going to stay that way!"
