It may be time for a Class Action Law Suit. The DMCA and even some of the policies of YouTube it's self, threatens the very future of online communication. With all of the emphases being placed on entertainment, from YouTube and others, the real revolution may be lost. It was our great pleasure to hang out with my children's favorite YouTuber, Fred, on our most recent vacation. On our way up the California coast together, we made this video while being attacked by the future roadkill of the beautifully scenic pacific coast highway. By accident, we mortally wounded 3 of the little ground squirrels while backing out of the parking lot... this video is a tribute to their memory. Special thanks to Fred for all his help with the editing and special vocal effects. He is a remarkably gifted young man.

What do you think about the DMCA and the way YouTube is handling this problem? Does YouTube need to suspend user channels for life? Is that what the copyright holders are asking from YouTube? Throw in a dash of Sting. A fistful of Cactus World News. A light sprinkling of Simple Minds. And a bunch of stuff that you're not even sure what it is. Cook on high heat for about 8 years and Voila, out pop the Walter Eugenes! The music is guitar based, aggressive, and mood-inducing, alternating between introspection and euphoria. Paul's vocals are delivered in a haunting, penetrating, whispering, lulling, snarling, swirling, open-hearted manner. But comparisons have a limited usefulness at best. Ultimately, the Walter Eugenes wind up sounding pretty much like the Walter Eugenes.
