Aaron and Bryan riding in autonomous SUV - 99 sec On 3/31/2007 we got a chance to ride in the the Boss, the self-driving SUV of Carnegie Mellon University's Tartan Racing team. Caterpillar is one of the sponsors of this DARPA challenge vehicle. It came to Cat's Tech Center where Susan works and took people for rides around the parking lot. You'll notice that the driver pulls up on a green button in the center console and shows he's not touching the wheel. Aaron kept saying "the wheel's moving by itself".
