| First Transpennine Express turbostar repetitive announcement - 472 sec
Although slightly cut, I have left this mainly in tact to show how repetitive these announcements are on the class 170 turbostar trains used on the hull-manchester services.
The first change to the announcement is at about 2:10.
At 3:15 the list of stations is read out, and the announcer sounds bored with saying Selby, Leeds, Dewsbury, and Huddersfield !!
Does "Selby" really need to continually scroll along the screen for the 12 miles between stations?!
