Written by Lao-Tse 600 years before Christ.
The Theme is Love and Simplicity.
The most well known symbol is Yin-Yang.
It's the world's most pure intellectual religion.
After the Bible, it's the most translated book and also the most confusing and mysterious.
It contains 81 verses.
I've illustrated those verses in black and white, water-colour.
This is a sample of that work !

It takes a few hours to read Tao Te Ching, but a Lifetime to understand the meaning of it !!! Life !!!

Note : This song was written by my father, now 83 years young, a long time ago.
It's a short song about a dogrose flower waiting for her lover the bumblebee to come.
But he never shows up cause on his way to Rosalee, as she was called, he was killed by Farmer Johnson, when he couldn't resist the sugar at his breakfast table. Sat down on it and The Killer Johnson did his duty or his mistake ?
However the song goes, Rosalee, the Dogrose Flower meet another Bumblebee, cause she can't figure out, it's NOT the one she had hoped for.
It ain't easy to separate one Bee from the Other !
We people have an easy task doing so, or ?

However, it's traditional and I play it my way, so you have nobody to blame but me or perhaps our deep roots to traditional Swedish Folklore.
